This time, however, a male therapist performed the massage, and he was extremely aggressive. I repeatedly told him that the pressure was too much. He would ease up briefly, then go right back to using excessive force. While my headache did go away, I lost a significant amount of hair during and after the massage. It has now been a week, and I am still losing hair. My scalp and temples are still sore from what felt more like a "massacre massage" than a relaxing treatment. He pulled my hair far too hard, and I am losing gobs of hair as a result. Not only that, but my entire body tensed up from the aggressiveness of the massage. I ended up with what feels like a pinched nerve running from my neck down to beneath my shoulder blade. This experience was painful and upsetting. This therapist should not be using this level of force on clients. I am genuinely concerned that someone could end up seriously injured. What should have been a therapeutic experience became a physically painful one that I am still dealing with a week later.

The massage itself was terrible and felt like the guy was just on a mission to break peoples bones. Keep in mind the lady at the start was already sketchy and the vibe felt odd. I was leaving and the lady proceeds to say i can't leave because i still owe $38 from a tip. i never gave a tip and she just made up a receipt saying i owed her money. i proceeded to say i wasn't gonna pay it. She then she uses an app to translate and basically said me and my friend stole $100 from her. she threatened to call the cops and told us to wait. she never made a call to the cops she was just pretending to, she was just overall taking advantage of my age. I proceeded to call the cops myself because she wasn't letting me go. when she realized the cops were on the line she said we were free to go. Then later sends me message saying she was sorry and that she found the $100. which is obviously such a lie. trying to get money out of a 17 year old and just overall take advantage is crazy.
