They do walk ins and deep tissue massages better than many places I've been. And the massage is a full hour, not 45 minutes with dress and undress time as the rest. The massage is the whole time. This was a very different experience. The location is in a sad little shopping center and the business itself is no frills which accounts for the low rates. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and the massage table was comfortable. However, when I scheduled my appointment they didn't take my name or number and when I arrived I had to wait because they had overbooked. Fortunately I didn't have to wait too long and they were apologetic but it was still annoying. A couple more unusual things happened WHILE I was getting a massage, 1) the massage therapist answered not one, but two phone calls to schedule other massages and 2) mid massage the person who started working on me left and another person came in and took over. I have never had that happen before. Ever. The massage itself was decent, I asked for deep tissue and I got it (they get up on the table to give deep pressure) but when I left I didn't feel refreshed and most likely won't be back. read more

I don't want to say how good this place is because I don't want the word to get out and make it hard to get in when I need to. Went in with the husband today for a couples massage and it definitely beat a lot of the other massages we've had. Were there things that made it out of the norm, sure, but I am not as critical as others may be when it comes to this kind of thing. Was the phone answered during my massage, yup- but the massage pressure was not affected at all. And all calls were appointment related and I can completely see why they are worth calling to schedule an appointment. They were very apologetic for any delay in the beginning and interruptions during the massage. Also, just a tip- covid may be lightening up but as deep as the massage can get, I can understand them being cautious still- when you are front facing with them you do have to still wear a mask so keep it close until you have to flip. read more

30 mins into a 90 min massage there's a knock on the door. They entered the room and asked if it would be OK to switch massage therapists because someone had requested the therapist that was working on me. It was awkward and extremely unprofessional. I won't go back. The first massage therapist was really good. The Second was average. I'm still a little taken back they would think that was OK. read more

Most of the ladies here are accommodating, I don't think I've ever called them through the phone and was disappointed with a later appointment than what I wanted. I'm always able to book an appointment when I'd like. The only complaint I've got is that some ladies (or maybe it's the same one? I can't remember) is/are not able to comprehend what I ask of them - sort of like a language barrier that prevents them from giving the service they want to provide. At one time, I had a lady massage me and I kept asking her to massage a little lighter... But she just smiled and kept going - which in turn really hurt me and as a result the next day I was just soooo sore. That and another time out of the 6 times I've been here that I've had a bad session. I will definitely be back though, in hopes I don't get the same ladies again; no offense!!!! read more

How do I even begin to explain this place...I first read the reviews. I decided to do a walk in and I was whisked away immediately to a room. I had a 90 minute massage of a lifetime! It was fantastic from beginning to end. She used hot stones and my head was shampooed without the shampoo! I put on eyebrow makeup and walked out without eyebrows haha! Don't wear makeup!
