It did appear, from the entrance to the restroom to the facial room, to be very clean. + Star - Oksana. I really did like her, and she was very gentle with her hands. She has gorgeous skin, too, so she was inspiring. The place was pleasant enough in a no-frills way, but hey service tech ladies, if I wanted to stand at the counter and watch you all talk to each other while my tech tries to check me out, I would watch the Bravo channel instead, you know what I mean? Here's the skinny on the treatments and the vibe of the visit my mum and I had this past week: Mum complained to me that not only did she not like the microderm experience (which I loved, and I get microderms all the time, so I think mum just has sensitive skin...!) but that her technician was snitty when mum complained. Oh, and I know it's just a Groupon for a micro-derm and mini-facial, but the fact that mum was in and out in 20 minutes is crazy. I was in and out in 40, and that was pretty fast too. And that 40 was not all treatment time.... - Star - Hard sell. Don't diss a future client by grabbing all the dough that you can during the first moment. Major bummer. But about my experience. Like I said, I felt that Oksana was a great technician and I liked her work, and would possibly experience her again, what made me crazy was the HARD HARD upselling. Wow. I am not a pushover but I felt, after 10 minutes of haranguing that I had to get a peel. So I did, for $39, and though it was nice, I still left feeling ripped off. Geez, I would have bought the two micro-derms for $67 if you hadn't pushed and pushed me, lady. It was just obnoxiously uncool. So unfortunately for this otherwise 3-star salon, I have to take it to two. read more

I came here after looking through www.groupon.com. I was looking to get a good package for Microdermabrasion treatment. Saw their offer and checked reviews both in groupon and yelp. Reviews were impressive! Decided to go for it, bought groupon and scheduled an appointment without knowing who would see me. Groupon offer was 4 microdermabrasion treatments for $93.00 valued in $247.00. Scheduling the appointment was easy and getting there as well since Receptionist had given me a "heads-up" of how to get there since there is a construction site in its surrounding. Once I got there I was given paperwork to fill out about my skin, expectations, release pf responsibilities and any significant medical conditions that they should know of. This is pretty standard in any spa. Filled out paperwork, was offered water, which I appreciated since it was a hot and humid day. At exactly 3pm, when I was scheduled to see the medical skin care specialist, Oksana came looking for me and took me to the spa room. She warned me that she has been told she seems "pushy", but that she does not mean to and believe it's a "cultural thing". She also indicated she would ask me several questions about my skin, skin care routine and expectations in order to get to know me better and understand my skin and needs. She validated my concerns, made me feel heard and told me her history and experience in her profession. She talked to me for about an hour. She was lovely and I appreciated feeling heard and having some background information on her work experience. It was a bit overwhelming, however, since I wasn't expecting to be there for more than an hour. However, I thought it was thoughtful and admired her passion for her profession. After talking for an hour, she proceeded to make welcoming suggestions and indicated I would benefit from a chemical peel with lots of Vitamin C. She said, "this is just a suggestion and I don't want you to feel pressured" and gave me information and details on the peel, offered a discounted price (Since I came with a groupon) and encouraged me to ask her questions. I was convinced about the peel and said yes, for an additional $49.00. Then at around 4:15pm, she commenced the microdermabrasion and then the peel. She was soothing, asked me for feedback and I really relaxed! After the peel, she gave me a mirror and asked me to be honest about the results. I was honestly amazed. From my first session, me skin looked refreshed, had smoother texture, a nice glow and tighter pores. I'm sold! Oksana seemed dedicated and passionate about her job and asked me if I could bring my skin care routine items for our second session in order to discuss them and see if I am using the right ones according to my skin's needs. I suspect it will be another long session, but this time I will be prepared! lol! I really enjoyed my experience in this spa and I am looking forward to my next visit. read more

I love this spa. Caroline, the owner, has given me 2 massages before and she has a really firm technique that feels good on my lower back (which has had a lot of pain/stiffness for years.) I feel like she really cares about me as a client, too. I've also had a facial and a microderm/peel from Oxana. I've had facials at other spas in the past that caused a lot of irritation but Oxana is a good listener and treated me carefully and specifically when I spoke to her about how my skin is combination oily/acne and sensitive/rosacea. Oxana is from another country so she speaks differently-- but I think she understands skin really well. I feel like this spa has a clean, peaceful, professional atmosphere. I disagree with the negative review left for this business; I've never had an anything but pleasant experience here in my 4 times... and I plan to go back! I agree it's not like a fancy day spa, but I feel like the people and the services are high quality and easy for me to recommend. read more

Tucked away behind Mahmood's Gym on Orange Ave, Infinite Wellness is an oasis you may not expect to find attached to a gym. There's a parking lot behind the gym where the entrance to the spa is located, and I like not having to deal with street parking. The atmosphere of the spa is quite tranquil and relaxing, and it's surprisingly quiet for being next to a gym. I've received a couple massages here and have had positive experiences with the therapists I've seen. Swedish relaxation massage is the main modality, but they are able to do sports and deep tissue work as well for the problem areas you may have. I tend to be really picky about my massages and the people I go see, and I'm happy to say that I felt comfortable during my massages and had my problem areas addressed. Woohoo! Although I haven't received a facial, I have interacted with Oxana in the reception area. She introduced herself and gave me information about scheduling a facial with her if I ever decided I needed one. Overall the employees I've encountered have been friendly and helpful, which is something I count as a necessity in the spa industry. I made my appointment through Caroline (the owner?) and she was helpful in finding a time slot for me that would accommodate my schedule. I believe they also offer acupuncture and a few other services. For me, massage is the main thing I'm looking for, and they certainly deliver in that arena. I've been a member here for about a year because I enjoy getting massages every 3-4 weeks. I mainly work with Kat, but Misty and Darryl are great too. It's not the most luxurious setting, but I can do without that for the convenience and the price. I was offered a special $49 facial for my birthday and decided to give it a try. At first I was put off because Oksana was really giving me a hard sell, and basically telling me the Body Shop products I use are crap. She recommended that we do microdermabrasion instead of a facial and I figured why not. I was a little apprehensive but it didn't feel harsh at all. In fact I almost fell asleep from the pampering. I don't know if I see a difference, but my skin did feel better afterward. And she also toned down the upselling in the end. I'm not sure if I'm willing to shell out for BOTH a massage and facial every month, but I'll definitely keep going for at least the massage. read more

Gina is always so welcoming and fun to chat with as soon as I walk in the door...My massages from Kat are the best as she's very thorough and you can tell she cares! ...I see Jen for acupuncture, and she is very skilled with her practice and in tune with my needs. I bought a Groupon, to try this place, of a acupuncture treatment with a massage. Had a bad experience with the acupuncturist. She told me about 20 minutes into my treatment that she had to leave early so she couldn't give me the massage. She said don't worry, I can take care of all your problems with this 1/2 treatment. She was weird, acting like all was ok, non-apologetic and unprofessional. Caroline, the owner, had a snobbish attitude herself and called me days later to schedule another appointment. She apologized but was laughing at the same time sort of to mask the issue. These people are weird and totally not customer service oriented. read more

If I could give this place a hundred stars I would. I bought a groupon for a facial and wasn't sure what to expect. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with the ambiance of the spa. Very clean and quaint. Oksana was the person who performed the facial and to say she was amazing doesn't do her justice. She was EPIC! This is my first time coming here I got to admit Hospitality was great at first that's until I began to receive my massage and her breast was horrible as she hovered over me and her hands felt like who are the hands of a mechanic it's been working on a car for 35-40 years not only that I fell asleep during a massage and somewhere in between or towards the end I noticed that she was a lot friendlier than usual then I realized that she had a cup of wine City next to the end table next to my bed it all started off nice the pictures look great but to be honest with you it's not worth the money and the lady is more like a cougar it's probably me for younger people will at least that's the energy that I got from her I don't remember men coming here if you're looking for a legit massage in to feel better but if you're spontaneous and you feel like being groped by a old hag this is a place to come to read more

Horrible customer service! Booked a massage over the phone and was not told about the cancelation policy then when I had a family emergency they weren't picking up the phone and when I finally got ahold of them they said I was being charged $50 and she was incredibly rude! She said the policy is on the website but if you book over the phone you just never know about it! I want the charge reversed!!! read more

I just wanted to give a shout out to Misty who I visited last Thursday upon my arrival in Orlando. I was visiting my dad who lives nearby and he treated me to a massage knowing I've been running a lot lately and could use it. I am really picky when it comes to massages, but Misty did not disappoint and, in fact, was the best "first" massage I've ever had. I say "first" massage with a new therapist because I do have some great massage therapists in Maryland, but it usually takes a few visits until they get to know me and what I like before I consider them great. Misty seemed to understand what I would like intuitively and the whole session was just awesome. I will definitely plan on making a visit to see her every time I'm in Orlando regardless if my dad is treating or not. Well worth it!!! read more

I bought a certificate a few months ago from alms Lady going business to business selling them. I used to go to massage envy for a few years until they treated me horribly ! Infinite massage has an amazing staff and extremely friendly . I have gotten 2 facials so far ( first time in my life ) and the lady ... She has an accent I can't remember her name but made Me Feel comfortable and not to be nervous. She was awesome ! So gentle and doesn't try to push products on me , just informed me of which ones work best and I def didn't feel pressured tl spend the money I honestly didn't have. I even missed my app due to an emergency I had of leaving the state and thy even waived the fee for me! I recommend this business to anyone. Absolutely terrible experience since the new ownership took over, the building is old and run down and the customer service has been horrendous. Very rarely is the phone answered when you call. I have now had a massage taken from my back log because it was tried to move but they did not get the voicemail in time to move it so they still charged me for it. I ALSO just showed up for a 5 pm appt and the entire place is closed! No notice of cancelled appt. My only thought is they finally went out of business. The turnover of the masseuses alone is evidence that they do not like to work here. Do yourself a big favor and go ANY where else. read more

I got a special deal through "Spoiled Rotten Marketing" so I paid a very low price for 4 services (30 min hot stone massage, microderm, facial, 30 min Swedish massage) to use on 4 different visits. I bought two so I could bring my mom with me. The first visit we both used our hot stone massage. I see where other reviews talk about how the staff will push of the upgrades but it's all upgrades that would make your visit a little bit better. We didn't upgrade during the hot stone massage but we did when we went for our second trip. My mom upgraded to the hour long Swedish massage and I upgraded my microderm so I would also get a facial. It was my first visit anywhere getting something done on my face so I really can't compare but I really enjoyed it. My skin looks and feels amazing! She made sure I was comfortable by communicating what she was doing and telling me if it was going to sting or tingle etc. They called me this morning to make sure my skin was doing okay and that I was satisfied! My mom came out of her massage as if she were sleep walking, which says a lot because she never ever fully relaxes! As far as the noise from the gym, Neither my mom nor I could hear the gym noise from the massage rooms but I did hear a couple faint noises from the facial room. It really wasn't a big factor. I can see how people would be upset if they were getting a massage and it was a loud constant noise but that wasn't the case. And parking, I guess I just came at slow times because I always get a spot but the lot is VERY small! I usually go to another spa for massages but I can definitely see my mom and I coming back here even after our 4 vouchers have been used. read more

Every massage I've had here over several years has been excellent. The therapists are friendly and not high-pressure. My only complaint is that you can hear lobby noise from the massage rooms, so it's not as zen an experience as it should be. This is because there is only a very long curtain between the lobby and the massage rooms, and not a door as I have seen at other spas. The location is a bit hard to find the first time since it is on the back of a building, but you won't get lost going there twice. I would definitely recommend Infinite Wellness for massages. read more

It's a calming atmosphere even with a loud gym right next door. Everyone has been really not only professional, but kind as well. It's not at all stuffy. Oskana is a hard sell, but I was just upfront with her about the reality of what I would do with my skincare and she met me where I was. I would suggest this place to anyone.
