I was forced to call the police after she refused to remake or refund on top of trashing what was uneaten and paid for. After the police arrived she took the order out of the trash and handed it back to me. Even after a police visit, she still did not correct or refund my simple $16 order. Unprofessional, terrible sanitation practices, argumentative, prejudice and not worth a dime. She started to put the lid on and I stopped her, I wasn't happy she only gave me half the amount of food as the first bowl, I told her to just top it off with lettuce. She slowly placed leaf by leaf into the bowl until it filled up, did not add anymore sauce or dressing so the salad on top was dry. Not sure if she was high or stoned or just moving in slow motion, but she definitely made the whole experience unpleasant. No apology, no explanation, not even any eye contact. No tip either. When I confronted him about it, he said that it was because I got an additional scoop of protein. He wouldn't budge and I didn't feel like causing a scene so I just paid and left. I'm usually a loyal customer, keychain and everything, but consistent experiences like this make it hard to want to continue to be a loyal customer.

My Bento Box was DELICIOUS (sushi, tempura, nigiri) but a few of the specialty rolls we had were not such. Maybe it was because we were there on a Monday, maybe because we ordered wrong. Who knows! But the staff was friendly, the place was clean and inviting (although the bathroom had some sort of water problem - the floor was soaked and it was very humid) and the staff was pleasant. In fact, they apparently have balloon animals (swords) for the kids, which is fun. And they served the food with some dry ice "foggers" which, I don't care who you are, dry ice is always a hit. I'd be willing to give Swordfish another try if we find ourselves in the area and have a sushi craving.
