Everyone was asking where we got it from. The dulce de leche has white chocolate on it and it really complements the flavor. It wasn't super sweet and the crust was perfect. I found Zen-sational cheesecake just a bit over 2 days before I needed it and Marylou said she really only needs about 24 hours of lead time since they don't have a storefront. At the time of writing, I paid $45 for the cheesecake which is totally fair given how good it is and the fact that it's homemade. They take a variety of digital payment methods as well. On top of all that, Marylou's customer service is top notch! She gave tips on how long the cake will keep and how to make sure it doesn't slip around while driving. She provided delicious samples (a whole cake's worth!) and let us take the samples home to think about our selections over the weekend. When we did decide to serve her cheesecakes at our wedding, she provided a number of options for the appearance of our cutting cake and ensured that we got the variety of flavors that we wanted. We ended up choosing an assortment of full-size cheesecakes in White Chocolate Blueberry, Lemon, and Dark Chocolate Raspberry. She even made our cutting cake with a gluten free, nut-based crust, which was probably the best gluten free dessert my husband has had to this day! When it came time for our cheesecakes to be served, they were a hit! Our photographer even commented that it was the first wedding he'd ever seen where every single guest sat down and ate the dessert when it was served - Marylou's cheesecakes literally cleared the dance floor!
