The one complaint I was when they were running 45 min behind and didn't tell me . I let them know they should inform clients when that happens . The following times I have been there they call Or tell me when they are running behind or when they can take me earlier . You can get your hair done there and spray tans, facials and massages . I love that they run specials . They offer water to their customers and have ample parking . It's easy to check out when your done and there is a room to relax while your waiting . This room is a lounge and separate from the rest of the service rooms . I hope this business stays in business and they continue to grow . So glad I found this place . I scheduled a last-minute massage after dealing with a severe knot in my neck that was causing headaches. I was genuinely looking forward to this appointment more than any massage I've ever booked. I even excitedly arrived 15 minutes early and proceeded to show the front desk my confirmation text to check in. Unfortunately, they could not locate my appointment in their system and had no idea why. I was told there must have been a double booking because another client had also scheduled the same time slot. I received a brief apology and was simply sent on my way. To drive there, show a confirmed appointment, and still be turned away with no solution or compensation was extremely disappointing. The error was theirs, yet nothing was offered -- not a discount, not a reschedule priority, not even a small gesture like a gift card. I feel like good customer service isn't about being perfect -- it's about how a business handles a mistake. In this case, they did nothing, and that's why I won't be returning.

When I came across Rosemarie I was impressed that she had her own spa as a licensed esthetician and her portfolio pictures showed women with a "no makeup" classy look. I booked her to do my makeup on my wedding day and the day after since we were getting pictures on both days. She replicated the look on both days perfectly.
