Luckily I kept my panties on because my towel was yanked off and I would've been completely exposed. (My husband wasn't so lucky) Then at the time of payment the lady was extremely demanding on us leaving a tip. I tipped them more than they deserved. They were too busy chit chatting than worrying about their customer. Finally I was taken back to the relaxation room about 10 minutes before my massage. When I walked in I was shocked they had camper chair for us to sit in, in a so called "relaxation" room. I literally had to chug down my drink and sweet treats before my massage. Finally the massage. ABSOLUTE worst massage I've ever received. The lady spent more time putting the mint oil infront of my nose than actually massage my neck and shoulders, which was literally suffocating. I was also told that hot stone would be included. I had maybe 5 minutes of hot stone on my back and then another 5 minutes of her massaging my back. I'm carrying around a newborn and toddler all day so that was extremely upsetting. My husband booked this massage as a postpartum gift since I just went through an emergency c section and he just wanted me to have a day of relaxation. And then they replied and was told in the reply if I was open to it they'd like to discuss this further. I have been getting massages here for a while now and I was finally able to convince the hubby to get a massage with me. I love that this business offers online booking because I was able to book my appointment while on my lunch break without having to give up any of my free time. Upon arriving at the salon, all workers in the store were following the guidelines laid out for businesses during COVID. Nikki was extremely professional and did amazing work! I believe she is the owner of the establishment. She made me feel extremely comfortable and always made sure that I was doing okay throughout the entire experience.
