Booking was seamless, and they offer very good rates for this area. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. It had a full kitchen stocked with dishes and appliances (full refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.). We opted for a studio since it was just a short stay, but even the studio was roomy, and they offer one-bedroom units as well. The staff was excellent. The manager explained to me the additional precautions that they're taking due to the ongoing pandemic. The location is prime--less than a block from the beach, and second-floor units even have a beautiful view of the ocean from the catwalk. The south end of the beach in Hollywood is great--close to the beach, close to bars and restaurants, but far enough from the center of the action on the boardwalk that it's still quiet and serene. I highly recommend Marine Villas and will definitely use them again!

This isn't for the kids because you see and smell people smoking joint in and around the beach. The security is terrible and for the most part it was like a jungle. What made our short vacay worst was my husband left his polo shirt in our room. I called their so-called lost and found quite a few times only to be given the round around without success! I never realized that people have given this particular hotel bad reviews even in facebook or I wouldn't have booked here! If you decide to go, make sure you check everything before checking out because you will NEVER get it back. Such a shame that staff will not even help to find out who were the housekeepers were at that day. You'd think they'll offer more help after spending an arm and a leg overnight!!!

Michelle continues to exude professionalism and phenomenal service. Our experience tree was excellent with the best staff you can ever experience in any resort. From bell men Eian and Sergio to exceptional servers Elizabeth and Manny and the amazing Bartender Tim which go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and happy. The food was incredible and just the beautiful oasis they've created is something special. The music bands were absolutely incredible in the restaurant and also on the boardwalk. Washroom detergent 1.25$ per small box so like one load. Dryers free. Cons: Billing...let's just say you want to check out at the front desk to make sure it's correct. There were some charges we were not aware of that needed attention. I feel like fine print is not on your bill or never mentioned. We had to dispute some things that took forever to correct!. Maybe return but in no rush.
