I wasn't surprised at the top Customer Service Cicily offers, because she had great reviews. Being in a setting, such as this is not always extremely comfortable. however, she managed to make me feel super comfortable. I bought a three pack, which was a little over $200 so I will definitely be back soon. The room was extremely clean and she was super thorough in regards to what is needed from me prior to my appointment. She has aftercare instructions on the wall and offers other services as well. Cecily is very informative and makes sure that you know exactly what you are getting. What I appreciate the most was how she did not give up on me when doing the Colon Hydrotherapy. I booked my first colon cleanse with Cecily, it was impulsive and super last minute she took me in for 5 pm appt on a Saturday. She was detailed in each step she took especially being the first time it helped me understand the process a bit better. My initial cleanse did start off stubborn as I suffer chronic constipation and expressing that to her I felt as she too wanted to help me get relief because she did not end my session and call it a day. First encounter was few months back for a colonic cleanse. I gave her a second chance with a lymphatic massage within this past week. Very unwelcoming facial expressions. Gets mad when you come too early, tells you to go back in your car to wait. Promotes knowledge on lymphatic massages but didn't want to uncover openings from a 1 day post-op surgery. Gave me excuses on why she didn't want to continue. She used my pain as an excuse. Didn't touch me for more than 30 min but still charged me. She kept re-iterating how she did not want to dirty her room with my drainage for her next client. Once she stopped her massage and I paid her the 30 minutes, which I did not receive the 30 minute massage, she rushed me out of her room, with blood draining down my leg. She placed my bag of my own supplies on top of a mesh covering some piping in front of the main salon. I thought she was going to wait with me until my family came back for me but instead told me to wait there. I went off of the reviews left here but I received the utmost worst service ever from her. It felt like she left me out of the main salon to just pass out and bleed out. I felt completely humiliated walking out! Definitely will not be returning. Rate experienced with this person/business is zero. No empathy. Even says things that shouldn't be said while a patient/customer is expressing their pain. read more

First time doing Electro-Lymphatic Therapy and Colon Hydrotherapy. Cecily walks you through the whole process. We started with the Electro-Lymphatic Therapy and it was very gentle. You hear the machine buzzing at first but I just zoned out because it was really relaxing. It doesn't hurt at all nor did I experience discomfort. The wand has a nice warm temperature that honestly relaxed my entire body. After that we moved on to the Colon Hydrotherapy. Now that I was nervous for! Not what I expected for a lymphatic massage. It was a waste of time and money. Never again.

Personally everything was great. Safe, clean and informative place for a colonic. The owner was thorough when she explained everything to me. I purchased my voucher online at Groupon and there was no problem redeeming. The way it works is this....the owner stays in the room with you the whole time while water flows back and forth through your colon. She helps inserts the tube, you lay back knees up and you can actually see the fecal items being removed from your body through the tube. This only works well if your not tense and can let go. Unknowingly I was tense and had a hard time releasing so I got nauseous during the process and we had to stop a little early. When your colon is filled with water you feel heavy cramping which was uncomfortable for me. In the end, I'm glad I was able to experience this but it's not for me. read more
