Horrendous service. Zena apparently hasn't figured out how to schedule people. Over the top terrible service. Very dishonest practice. Had an appointment and was on limited time. I arrived on time and she was busy, she said she was running behind, but clearly took another client, as it was obvious she barely was starting the cut. She asked us to wait, and that's fine, no big deal. She then had the audacity to take someone else after and say, " oh it will only be 5 minutes!" UM, NO. That's just not how it works! She the attempted to admit she as wrong and begging for us to go back inside. Sorry lady, you keep it up and this little shack will soon close its doors. Not a good vibe. P.S. This was our second time going there because we found that it was very close to our home. Never again. Stay away. Drive the distance, not worth it. read more

Don't know how this place has a 5-star rating, just went for a haircut and my experience there was anything but a positive one. To start off, Armenian customers were being attended first even tho they had arrived later.. a bit of racism going on here. The hair stylist who attended me was also somewhat rude. Now getting to the haircut part, I had shown the lady a picture of what I wanted done to my hair and she did a poor job. The hair on the back of my head is unevenly cut. Same thing on both sides of my head. One side is visibly higher than the other and the opposite side is okay. Don't recommend this place and if you're reading this, might as well give this place a 1-star rating (I'd give them 0 stars if I could) because that's what they deserve. read more

I had the best haircut I've ever had at this place! I really wanted to go short but I was skeptical from previous experiences other places that weren't what I wanted. My brother got a haircut here. He said he wanted a 3 for the clipper guard but the woman couldn't understand English and shaved most of his hair off. It looks like a 1. My nearly 12 year old daughter wanted a short cut and I had limited time to do it. We walked in without calling ahead after choosing this shop because of good reviews and close proximity. The wait was short and the stylist was amazing. She worked really well with my daughter, very patient and kind with her, explained what she was doing as she went, and all the staff praised how good she looked when she was done. It's a great cut and she did it perfectly based off a picture we brought in. The cost was so cheap I was amazed for the quality! I will definitely return when any of us need a cut! read more

I always have had problems with cutters saying they understand what I want but never getting it done. But she does! The first ever to do so consistently. Unfortunately, I had a very unprofessional experience here. I scheduled an appointment. 30 minutes before the appointment I receive a call that I need to call back in 10 minutes and let them know if I will be attending my appointment or the lady who does facials will leave. Obviously, if I made the appointment, I will be attending. I call back within 5 minutes and am informed that she already left. Extremely unprofessional.
