He stated that he didn't know her and told me that he was gonna call the police. I sit there for 20 more minutes waiting for The police who I thought was coming. When they never arrive, I asked the employer again If he had called them. Very oddly looked at me and he replied "no I know that man he comes here every day. He's a customer." I replied to him that it was a woman not a man, and the employer changed what he said. He then stated that it was that the black women who was his customer. I stated that she never had got out of her car the whole hour I was there cleaning my car. The employer acted puzzle But went on to say that there was something wrong with me. He knew that customer. Which, in fact, that is not what he stated in the first time.

After way too long, I finally made it back to the Plano location, and happily dropped off my new to me car for the Bumper to Bumper service. I was embarrassed by a year's worth of dirt and grime and wanted to start fresh with a good wash and internal detail work. There was an unexpected power outage shortly before I arrived. I patiently waited as they worked to get back up and running, an early sign that I should have walked away right then. Everything was eventually fixed and $300 later I'm rolling through the wash, happily watching all the ick disappear. Knowing the detail work takes more time, I asked a gentleman in the office if I could run some errands and come back later. Once confirmed, I was on my way. A few hours later I would return to the most expensive detail job I ever, and sadly the reason I will not be returning. Not only did they crack my internal console cover, there is now a gaping hole where something was forced through the hard plastic. After filing a report, I proceeded to drive away and my Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) light would not go off. I turned around and went back. I took more photos and updated the report. I dropped my car off without any issues and inherited a financial nightmare. I got home and had to go back over the rear license plate, rear window, radio and windshield. This morning there are water stains in my front passenger seat, the SRS light went off (a sign of too much liquid/water apparently) and that hole in my console? The part alone is almost $1,000 to replace, not including labor as I'm unsure I can replace it myself. This happened 24 hours ago and I've heard nothing from them. I cannot in good conscience refer anyone to Soapy Jeff's after this. If you're like me and need your car for work and school, I would not trust this place, and I don't say that lightly.

Other than that, I was pleased with the tire detail service they provide with my package. Caution - if you have a nice vehicle, understand the risks of damages you may encounter through these automatic car washes. They are convenient but can come with a price you're not happy with!
