She was able to provide effective advice and had other visual resources readily available. I enjoyed working with Lindsey specifically because she provided a great balance between helping us to feel heard as well as providing us the strength, guidance, and expertise we were looking for. We implemented the strategies discussed and saw instant improvements. It was such a relief. Not to mention, scheduling and communication was easy. From start to finish, it was a fabulous experience. If issues arise in the future with either of my children, you bet I'll be calling Good Morning Sunshine Sleep Services!!!

It was incredible to work with her to teach my baby to sleep through the night. When we first started working with Lindsey, my 5 month old did not want anything to do with his crib or his bassinet. Now he is going to sleep at 7pm in his crib, waking up once to nurse and then going back to sleep until 7am. The change has been amazing. We also now have a solid schedule for naps, which gives us a lot more time on our hands and a much happier baby through the day. Lindsey understood right away that we could not handle the "cry it out" method, and designed a sleep plan that was gentle and perfect for our family's needs. While there was certainly crying, Lindsey gave us all the tools we needed to get through it. I highly recommend her sleep consultant services.

I had my consultation and immediately was provided the cost estimate of what it would be to move forward with an oral appliance. In order to move forward I had to pay a deposit to fulfill my 2k payment. I was told my insurance was reviewed and that was the balance I owed. Not thinking anything of it, I proceeded with moving forward. It wasn't until the end of the year when I found out my insurance was never reviewed, and a claim was never filed. I paid out of pocket. After finding this out, I worked with my insurance company who was able to make them file a claim and reimbursement me the full 2k that was owed. They also charge for yearly follow-up appointments, rather than charging your insurance. I do not recommend this clinic based on the their unethical practices.

The dentist (Bieneman) seems competent, but even at the time my impression was that he and his staff prioritize financial considerations over helping patients. The clinic assured me that they had verified my insurance (Anthem) before my appointment, but they didn't mention that they hadn't fully confirmed my benefits under Anthem HMO. When I checked out, they presented me with a $867.96 bill, with a demand for partial payment that day. When I contacted Anthem, the representative verified that my entire visit and appliance should have been $40 under my HMO/PPO plan. The Anthem rep called Apnea & Breathing Clinic several times, but they kept putting her off saying the person who handles billing was out with no assurance of when she would return. It's now May 23rd: Anthem sent Apnea & Breathing Clinic a check to cover the visit over a month ago. I contacted the clinic and they acknowledged payment from Anthem, but they are refusing to send me a refund. In other words, they were paid twice and they are keeping both payments. I recently had an appointment with a different office and had a much better experience.

After several agonizing weeks we asked to see Dr. Yan who quickly recognized the need for surgery. He expedited things by immediately contacting the the surgeon he recommended. We are very grateful to Dr. Yan who in the first few minutes turned things around for us and gave us hope and a future.

I went into Surgery came out of Anesthesia woke up was there Two and half hours didn't come and talk to me. My wife was waiting in the waiting room no Doctor nobody came to talk to her. This was at Clear Creek Surgery center. I walked out Groggy to the car by the nurse not even willed out in a wheelchair. The next day my ears were bleeding a lot so I called Advantage Ent to talk to Dr. Hartiman they put me on hold and came back and said he was leaving and didn't want to talk to me just go by the instructions on the post op release paperwork. So I asked for the Manager of the Doctors office and she said if they bleed anymore go to urgent care there is nothing they will do. I've never been to such a heartless place in my life.

Well, lo and behold at 1am I had this issue. Went to the ER, they could not find the source of the bleeding. I was passing large blood clots, the blood was steady, bright red, and filling my gauze in less than 10 minutes. I even started coughing up blood because there was so much. I was in the ER for FIVE HOURS. And called this office FIVE TIMES for emergency help. They never called back. Just kept telling me to call again in 30 minutes if no one got in touch with me. It took me 4 and a half hours to stop the bleeding enough to try and go home to rest with NO help. I am terrified to actually rinse my nose out again because I am worried it will kickstart the bleeding and I won't be able to get it to stop a second time by rinsing out the clots that formed during this whole ordeal. This is a medical emergency according to their paperwork and instructions and they NEVER called us back. Not to help the ER doc. Not to evaluate. I had to handle this nightmare with nothing but a nose clamp (2 and a half hours wearing it at the ER) and my husband's love and support. This treatment is dangerous and absolutely ABYSMAL. When instructions are given and promptly followed and you don't even care enough to reach out and help your patients when they are going through what you labeled as a SERIOUS ISSUE, then the practice is bordering on malpractice. DO NOT GO HERE. They will not help you, or the docs who are trying to help you.
