I had purchased a 30 minute massage (like I said, this was my first time and I wanted to just try it out) and throughout the massage the masseuse kept commenting how it isn't as good because it wasn't the full hour massage, which took away from the experience... The masseuse I had was also the man that ran the front desk. And I was utterly shocked because he answered phone calls during my massage..I could clearly hear who was coming in and when, which is completely unacceptable in my opinion. The fact he had a cell phone on him during my massage made me feel uncomfortable, and that he actually stopped my timed massage to answer phone calls is completely unprofessional. At the end he asked me to write a positive review on google, which made me confused because he clearly thought he had done a good job. I was surprised to have this experience, since all of the reviews I had seen have been positive, but my experience here was definitely disappointing and I wouldn't recommend anyone else who is on the fence about getting a massage to go here.
