I was in the spa one day when a customer was getting heated over not receiving service because they were late to their appointment, and the owners handled the uncomfortable conflict with such grace that I commend them for. Upon arrival, they offer tea while you wait and provide water and candy when you leave, but other than that, they don't do extreme decor, music, or aromatherapy like some other salons, but I personally enjoy the good quality massage at a decent price over an expensive Massage just for the aesthetic. I tried chiropractic care, physical therapy, and various other massage therapist. Only 1 massage therapist has made a significant positive difference - and he lives all the way in Washington State! I scoured the internet and yelp for medical massages - I don't need the fluff of a spa or a place to relax, I needed someone to get in there and work out that pinched nerve! I needed results! I can't thank Ross enough for how much time and care she took when working on me last week. She was thorough, and had lots of tricks up her sleeves including aromatherapy and some metal scraping tools. I have never had someone use a fascia tool on me and was absolutely thrilled!! Ohhh wee....I was in pain on the table and was sore after...but the massage worked! My pain isn't as bad and for the first time in 4 months i was able to sleep on the side of the pinched nerve!! I found my GO TO massage therapist in Dallas and am considering getting a membership for a 1 hour tune up per month to see Ross.
