The install has been fantastic quality and the crew listened to everything I wanted every step of the way. They mounted rat spikes where I wanted, they put the lines and the units exactly where I asked and I've had no issues at all. Given that I didn't have to wait days for an appointment, I agreed to the price, which was initially high compared to others. That being said, it ultimately became roughly the same, if not a little cheaper, than other places that charged by the hour or quarter hour, as the job was a little more complex than initially thought. The guy spent almost 2.5 hours here to change out two bibs (again, way more complex than he probably thought), and he did a wonderful job. My problems were addressed same day, same visit. If I chose other plumbers, I would have waited days before my items were addressed. I've used Jazz before with my older AC unit, and they will always have a spot in my contact list if I need help with my HVAC or plumbing.
