I'm from NY and moved to Cleveland Ohio. For $22 I can get 3x the calzone in the Bronx. This thing barely has any cheese and no ricotta. Whwt a scam. I'd love to see what the normal cheese portion is lmaooo. Dont waste your money. A frozen pizza at Walmart tastes just the same for $6. The calzone was pitiful. Ordered pizza and 8 wings not worth $60. The food was sub par for those prices and it took them almost an hour to have my food ready.

Our favorite pizza takeout spot. The staff are always nice. Also take our son for lunch to grab a few slices.

Enjoyed the food and service. Loved using online to order and even added some fries when I got there.

I get gluten free pizza here and it is by far the best gluten free pizza we have ever had. My son can eats the whole pie myself if he wanted to. read more

WHAT A SCAM! We ordered pizza this evening, and the food is very good here, however, after the delivery driver brought the pizza and was paid, she went back to the store and reported that we shorted her by $10 on the bill. The store called us and told us to bring the additional money to the store. Okay, here's where I know this imbecile was scamming us......my 14 year old son took the money to the door, he counted out the money in front of her before getting the pizza. Then, our security camera showed her count the money again before getting into the car. If the bill was shorted, you'd think the delivery driver would've said something before heading back to the store. Wow!!!! This place blew me away! This was the only place in royalton that answered our phone call and QUICK tonight! It was our first time/pizza from Zeppes and they set the bar high! We got the Cleveland pizza week deal and the gentleman who answered was amazingly professional and kind. Wish I got his name! Tried Zeppe's for the first time during Cleveland Pizza week. Loved it! Both my husband and I ordered the pepperoni meatball pizza. Mine had the gluten free crust and I was pleasantly surprised. Normally gluten free crust tastes like cardboard and is either mushy or is burnt around the edges. Zeppe's GF crust was soft and fluffy and was cooked perfectly. The customer service was also perfect, really nice staff. I would definitely order from them again. read more

Next is the pizza. $18 for a "specialty" pizza that's the size of a coffee cup saucer. Not to mention that the entirety of the toppings fell off as soon as you tried to pick a slice up. We used to order from the Zeppe's in Avon Lake when we lived in Sheffield Lake about 7or 8 years ago and it was really good, so I was looking for something different and saw that there was one in N. Royalton and placed an order and my husband picked it up, we ordered 2 calzones, they were the flattest calzones I've ever seen and soggy and tasteless! I also ordered a salad which was okay but I told them no black olives and they put them all over the salad so I had to pick them out! I would give zero stars if I could so save yourself some money and frustration and skip this place! read more

I get pizza from here all the time! Absolutely delicious! They absolutely beat antonios, Marcos and Pizza Hut. Highly recommended. Me and my husband used to love going to zeppes two years ago, recently we came back into the area we lived in and decided to get our favorite pizza.. unfortunately the pizza Crust is made much more dry and buffalo chicken pizza now has tomatoes which really ruined the flavor. There are problems with their online ordering system. Per their website, their Sunday special was pasta, breadsticks and salad for $5. We ordered 2 of them along with a calzone. On my way there to pick up the food, they called to let me know my order didn t go through and I had to give it to them again. I was some what annoyed since I was on my way, I had placed the order 10 minutes before, but it gave me time to run an errand. When I got there, they charged me full price for the pasta dinners. When I asked them about the price and told them that it was only $5 on their website, they told me that was wrong and pulled out their current menu that doesn t list this as a special. That might be why my order didn t go thru, but when I got home I checked my email and my order confirmation had the dinners at $5 Call and check their specials before you order online or they ll charge you full price!
