Usually great fast delivery but this time was awful, it took a hour and 45 minutes to get our cold pizza, I called the store after a hour and 20 minutes and they said it will be there soon, I called again 15 minutes later and it was still on the way. The pizza was cold and the salad warm. read more

Update: someone from Antonio's reached out trying to make this right (much appreciated), so I gave them another shot last night. I ordered a Sicilian square again and a calzone, both well done since they can be doughy. The bottom of the calzone was complete raw dough (see pic). What you see is not cheese, it is raw dough and that's disgusting. If that's well done, I can't imagine what a regular bake is. Nothing quite like ordering cooked food, only to have to cook it again to make it edible. I'm sorry for writing a review like this for a family place and one I used to love, but this location has been so unbelievably bad from the beginning, something needs to be done because I can assure you that you're losing customers like me. read more

Ordered pizza at 4pm with a pickup of 6:15p. I arrived at 6:05 (10 min) early expecting to wait for it, but it was already on the counter. The box was at the bottom of a pile. Wanted to order some sheet pizzas for a party on Black Friday, so I called on Wednesday to give them time to prepare. One of their employees said to call after 10 am on Friday. Called at 10:20 am, a guy answered, l let him know what we needed to order...he rudely said, "we don't open 'till 11," and hung up before I could tell him that I was told to call after 10 am. It's a carry out- but if you go next door to Tony Malonies you can get the same pizza but sit at the bar and eat it. We ordered the Thin crust, regular sauce, ham and mushrooms. The crust was good, and the sauce had a lot of flavor.. but why oh why do pizza places use canned mushrooms,they become yellowish green and soft when baked. The ham had a great taste if it was on a salad. Big chunks...but again on a pizza? Maybe a thing slice / shaved ham would have been better. I ordered 1/2 tray of chicken cutlets for a family gathering. They were outstanding. The chicken was tender and delicious!

Second time in a row there was a problem with my order. I have sent four (4) emails regarding this issue and no one has replied. I guess my business isn't that important. I spoke to the store manager and asked if anyone checks the orders before they go out the door to which he replied he does not because he has other things to do. I get it ...short staffed....isn't everyone? While I usually love Antonio's, this experience isn't setting well with me especially when there's a pizza joint on every corner. I love Antonio's and live right up the street so I order frequently. However, the quality has gone from inconsistent to now very poor. The last few pizzas I have ordered were undercooked but I really lost my appetite after my last pie. The pizza was so undercooked the dough was purely RAW. Cheese wasn't even melted and could still see the individual shreds of mozzarella as if they had just been sprinkled on. I was disgusted. Pepperonis were soggy and not cooked. I can't believe someone looked at this pizza and through it was ok to serve. Antonio's has other foods that are always spot on, such as their wings and some apps. However, the pizza game has GOT to get better or I won't be returning. At the prices they charge the least you could do is make sure the dough is not pure raw :( read more

Since Antonio's is the closest pizza place to where I live, I've been there a few times. First time I got the veggie specialty pizza. It was ok but too many veggies and the crust was too thin. Next time I ordered a mushroom pizza. It had canned mushrooms on it! What a disappointment. Canned mushrooms do not belong on pizza, the texture is just gross. Most recently I got a green pepper and onion pizza. Of all 3 I've tried from them, it was the worst. The green pepper and onions were cut too big, there was too much cheese, and the crust was soggy. I could barely eat it. I won't be ordering from Antonio's again, they need lots of improvements! read more

Ordered pizza and a Greek salad yesterday during the nasty cold winter we started to have. They told me it might take longer than usual due to high orders but it was only about 40 minutes. My Greek salad was large and flavorful. I ordered a white pizza with spinach and Roma tomatoes. It was light, fluffy, and super tasty, I will for sure order it again. Very pleased overall for pizza delivery, something I don't typically get because they all end up just tasting like fast food to me, but this one was legit, a little pricy for what it was, but worth it. read more

When I first moved to the area, my co-worker said I had to try Antonio's and I'm so glad I did. Every time I order from here I fall more in love with pizza! And they've always been 10-15 minutes faster than estimated time. I highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious pizza, wings, breadsticks, or salad. This place is awesome! read more

If the pricing were a little less, I would be handing this place the first FIVE star rating but I'm a cheapskate. The food is fresh and having many visits of experience behind me have had no bad experiences whatsoever. My wife and I love the pizza and the salad from Antonio's. I'm not overly excited about their new location in regards to the parking because it always seems so crowded and congested. With so many competing pizza shops in the area, Antonio's is second to none as my #1 choice. I hope it will be yours as well. read more

Worst experience that I can remember. A TOTAL comedy of errors. After 45 minute wait I asked about my order. The manager came out and asked "did you place an order?" I asked to get something to munch on while we waited while he re-ordered our food. Never happened. We ran out of drinks and after ME asking for some more...waited another 10 minutes for drinks. Food finally came out and it was good. No one ever asked how the food was, or if we needed anything else. After we were done we sat there, sat there and sat there. I had to get up and get my own to-go box and then waited for the check. The whole time we never saw our original waitress again. And the other 3 did not want to take her place. ordered a SMALL antipasto salad for pick-up for $8.33. Upon arriving home discovered they had forgotten to include the cheese. I called back and the girl who answered was polite and said no problem and would notate the error and credit me a complimentary salad and next time it would be replaced for free. Three days later I called and ordered my salad and was transferred to a manager named Mark. Extremely RUDE! Told me Antonio's company policy stated I had go through corporate to see if it was warranted. Literally called me a liar. Said he would be glad to make me another salad but I would have to pay for it! I called corporate and shared my customer experience with them and they apologized and offered to send me gift certificates to make up my poor experience. I refused. I have a policy too, if you prepare my food wrong, offer a free replacement, then have a MANAGER berate me and rescind the offer, my policy is NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! PERIOD! Their food was always decent, pricy, but decent. The service, quite simply...I've never experienced worse. My advice to upper management is consider anger management training for "managers" Hello Marco's, almost as good, fast, half the price and there is no Mark there. read more
