The Seitan Turkey, vegan provolone, cilantro walnut pesto, tomato, lettuce, and mayo on multigrain bread came together beautifully. The bread was soft but nicely toasted, and every bite was and satisfying. The matcha was smooth, earthy, and delicious one of the best I've had in Gainesville. I also figured it made more sense for the road as I had many hours until I would reach South Florida. He ordered an oolong milk tea with boba while I ordered a strawberry green tea with boba.
