Great location? Check. Super cute aesthetics? Check Check. Yummy sweets and bubbly? Check Check Check! I'm a lover of macarons, I actually make a practice of trying to find them whenever and wherever I travel to. So getting our very own Le Macaron in town was such a treat! I've been to other locations in different cities, but now we have our very own and it couldn't be cuter. I kept it simple on my first visit to our new local location and cherry-picked 6 different flavors. As the kind employee gently placed each treat into the pastry box, I took inventory of all the sweet truffles and candies that I may taste on my next visit. After grabbing my sweets, I saw the lovely display of bubbly and wine and figured - "Why the hell not?!" and grabbed a mini bottle of Prosecco to make the pair. I enjoyed my goodies on their outdoor patio as there was live music going on out in the beautiful courtyard but if not, I would have definitely stayed inside to enjoy the absolutely IG-worthy decor! This is such a cute spot to enjoy some sweets with your boo, your girls or solo dolo - treat yourself!

Looking for a fun date night? Check out Le Macaron's wine and macaron flight nights on the second Saturday of every month. The February tasting, which featured wines from France, was my first time going, and I'll definitely be back. This is my go-to spot in town whenever I'm in the mood for macarons, and the delicious dessert tasted even better when thoughtfully paired with wine. We got a red flight and a white flight because I just couldn't choose! My favorite duo was the chardonnay and salted caramel macaron, followed closely by the pinot noir and casis jam macaron. The staff were super friendly and walked us through each flight pairing. All in all, what an enjoyable way to spend a Saturday night!

    Small gelato

This place used to be really good.. maybe three years ago. The poor worker was exactly measuring out 1 ounce of gelato for a small?? Two years ago it used to look like a full scoop of ice cream but now it looks like a tablespoon amount. She took so long to measure out that ounce too like stingy much?

Stopped in to grab a small treat for myself and was pleasantly surprised to find gelato and chocolates alongside the large macaron selection. Chocolates were delicious, perfectly sweet and not too dense or rich. Macarons melt in your mouth.

Wonderful selection of flavors at this new French patisserie here in town! As the name suggests, they specialize in macarons (which come in flavors like rose, grand marnier, pistachio, mango jam, and white chocolate basil in addition to the more conventional flavors), but you can also get gelato or really freaking artsy looking chocolate (if you want to really knock someone's socks off visually, their chocolate no joke looks like jewels.) I attended the opening day event and feel that it could have been run a little more organized, but I know that won't be relevant on other more ordinary occasions. Oh yeah and i believe they also serve wine.

Although a bit on the pricy side, both the macarons and gelato were delicious. The macarons weren't too sweet, had a nice texture, and had a lot of interesting flavors to choose from. The gelato was also super addictive and the staff was super nice about allowing us to pick two flavors within our one scoop. Would definitely come again!

Cappuccino, 12 oz* with regular milk, dine in.

Delicious crispy, flavorful macarons. Very free Esly and thoughtful staff, very welcoming environment. Coffee is great.

OMG this place right here! So glad I tried it and it's about to be my new little gem/go to place! It's such a cute place! I'm already planning to come back either by myself and with a good girlfriend! I came in and the color aesthetics were just so pretty and girlie and so me! The sweet lady at the counter was very prompt, helpful and wearing a mask! At first, I wasn't planning to get any gelato but when she asked if I wanted a sample, I was like sure! I got the American cookie gelato(aka Oreo) and omg melts in your mouth, literally so darn tasty! I ended up getting a small cup with a birthday cake macaron and omg talk about fresh and DELICIOUS! It's tasted like butter, I literally savored that little thing(each bite I took) so darn good! They also serve wine and cute little wall; Instagram picture worthy I must say! I love this little place! So worth it, definitely coming back, perhaps it may be a weekly thing just to get the macaron! Definitely try this place out, I was planning to try this place out a while back and never got a chance to but so happy I finally got around to this time!

So beautiful inside, my girls love this place so much, very clean. Staffs are so sweet, desserts and gelatos are so delicious. Nice outdoor seating as well.

The perfect place for a book club meet-up, or catch up with friends at any time of day, the cafe is sweetly decorated and uber cozy. I was so glad to see they were open as the few times I had visited before they were closed. With that said, I recommend to call beforehand as my understanding is that the bakery has odd hours sometimes. The staff was friendly and helped me choose a selection of goods to take home with me. I ended up with their very last snickerdoodle cookie, two spinach quiches, and their peanut butter chocolate cheesecake with an Oreo crust. Yum, yum, and yum! All of it. The quiche was particularly good and heated up well the next day keeping the center moist and fluffy while still being loaded with spinach. Sorry to say my review won't come with photos of the treats I picked up as I ran out quickly to get home in the rain. But...I guess you'll just have to go see yourself! Soleil Bakery & Social House is a must try!

We finally explored the square due to one of the art walk events. Since it we visited twice here on Friday evenings, we decided to have espresso. During the events in the square, the businesses usually stay open later than usual. This also means they are busy. I have yet to visit during normal business hours so I am not sure how the traffic is usually. Our first visit was just to check it out and get whatever on a spontaneous decision. I did not know they serve beer and wine so I opted for wine our first time. I picked out some French white wine, which wound up being over $20 for a tiny bottle! The staff member warned me she was unsure of the price and we were both shocked when she scanned it lol. I then switched it for a sparkling wine, which was half the price. The espresso hubs and I split was as good as it gets. We love our espressos and coffee bold and strong so we were happy. The staff member also gave me a teacher's discount, which I appreciate so much because therapists don't usually get discounts! The next time we visited, we ordered another espresso, as well as a cinnamon bun and an Andes cake. OMFG how orgasmic!! I love mint chocolate anything so I was sooooo excited! We saved it for later and it was just amazing! Hubs loves cinnamon buns and he approved as well. Both times we sat for a while, sipped our coffee, and talked. I am definitely interested in checking Soleil out when it is less busy to soak it in. The place was clean and the staff were personable and friendly. They serve a lot of vegan products and honestly, they are so good, you probably could not tell the difference which is vegan or not. They have comfy seating and it does feel very cozy in there.

The biscuits that they make are amazing and as far as every pastry I've tried so far I have thoroughly enjoyed every single one of them including the raspberry almond croissant and I don't even like raspberries so that says a lot! The service is great in the mornings but the last time I went in the afternoon I wasn't a fan of the attitude some of the workers had so I'm definitely sticking to mornings. (I chose not to tip because of how they greeted me and unfortunately this was the time the food was bad so I was very upset) Over all I love this place. I am all about an honest review. I love the decor and over all vibe of the place. I hope that one day they're able to expand a bit and have comfier seating so that people could stay longer and enjoy the atmosphere as well as continue to purchase more of their products!
