I am sad to give this place only 2 stars. It may be because they just opened and things were super hectic. The wait was an hour long just standing in line. The food took more than 40 minutes to come to the table. My friend's truffle fries were cold. And the rest of our food was OK, but nothing that seriously "wow'd" us. But the drinks... the drinks are spot on. I had the strawberry lemonade and it was so good! My friends all ordered the mangonadas and they all tased nothing short of amazing. The presentation of drinks gets a 5/5 for being really aesthetically pleasing to the eye. However, they need to work on the time management for their food. The quality of the food will get a 2/5 for me. It was average boba shop eats; nothing stands out in particular. We've been waiting to come here since its been open. Every time we swing by the line was always long so we always said lets try again another day. Today was that day. And let me tell you I had high hopes for this place. What an utter disappointment. Zero Degrees? The inside of this place was hot. The AC wasn't turned on and the supervisor wouldn't keep the doors open. He claimed that keeping the doors open was letting all the cool air out. Let me tell you this, there was no cold/cool air coming from these vents. It was more like Hundred Degrees in there. We ordered our food at 1:37pm .. It took 37mins for 4 drink 2 Elotes and Chicken to be ready. The elotes. Mediocre. They missed it. It wasn't authentic as I was hoping. There wasn't any pepper that most Hispanic Places put on their elote. So it was like I was eating corn and parmesan cheese (or what ever cheese its supposed to be) Sriracha Wings?? Wasn't even a hint of sriracha sauce in it. It was asian sweet and sour sauce. If you're gonna pawn it off as "Sriracha" at least use the actual Sriracha Hot Sauce! Had 2 Mangonadas, 1 Lychee and 1 Spicy Watermelon. Mangos were hard, Watermelons not sweet and the whites of the watermelon was used so it tasted like the rind of the watermelon. Also I think there was pineapple juice in the Mangonada. I'm sure its not supposed to be in there. The Pink Lychee was good. Probably the best out of the drinks we purchased. This was a definite miss for this place. If you want real good and real authentic Hispanic style drinks go to any of them. They'll definitely be much much better than this wanna be spot. I have been to one of their locations in California and instantly became a fan. Glad they have expanded to Las Vegas! I went to the first day of their Grand Opening. Everything was organized with some stations for arranging how the line wrapped around the building. There was ample amount of seating and space inside and some seating outside as well. The staff is friendly and is helpful with suggestions. I overheard some people asking what they should get if they like certain things. I ordered the Mangonada drink with a Mango Twist topping and the Hot Cheeto Cheese Fries. It was a nice slush and had extra Mango in the drink. The fries were cooked to a good crisp and adding the Hot Cheeto dust tops it off. I got to try my friends Hot Cheeto Elote and I think I will want my own for next time! read more

Second time here! So I wanted to see what the other hype was about. They are also known for their mangonadas and their spicy watermelon drink. It took way longer to wait for my fiance and I drinks to come out. Reason why their 5 stars is down to 2 is that my order came out separately from fiances, also why did my order come after people who ordered after to me and have 4 plus other drinks? To me, that did not make any sense. When taking a drink from mine, I realized that something was missing. Real mangonadas normally have ice cream at the bottom made with the specific fruit you were ordering. In theirs it tasted of mango syrup, not enough tajin, or chamoy, and watered down as if it was mango chunks just with a ton of ice. My fiance also realized his was all ice, not sweet watermelon to no taste at all. Looks like we will not be back since we can go to paletera for a lesser price. Better luck next time! read more

I was pretty excited to try this place out as I've had it bookmarked for a while now. Walking in, the first thing I noticed was the industrial decor. Love it! Like most boba/dessert spots, this one seem to be very popular as most seats were taken. The service wasn't bad. We waited approximately 10 mins for our drinks. We got the ube shake and the split cup of strawberry horchata and matchata. We also got free add ons (toppings) for checking in on yelp so we opted for boba. I give the presentation 10! I withstood the 2 hour wait in line to try this place during their grand opening weekend. I'd say that the drinks made it worth it. I had the Mangonada which was a mango slush with Tajin and chamoy mixed in and topped with mango chunks and more tajin and chamoy. I paid extra for the mason jar and the mango twist. It was definitely refreshing and would be perfect for hot summer day or any day actually. It was the perfect blend of sweet, tangy, and spice because of the tajin & chamoy. I also ordered their elotes with hot cheetos. It was good, I wish they gave me more lime because it was lacking some flavor but it wasn't bad at all. I would order it again but this time request more lime. They had nice variety of drinks to order from so I'll definitely be back to try other stuff. The service was pretty fast so the line moved fairly quickly. They had some cute travel bottles for sale as well that you can you have your drinks served in for an extra fee of course. That was a bummer. My companion and I ordered mangonadas (mango slushy with tajin and chamoy) with a mango swirl. If you are not familiar with tajin or chamoy, they can be an acquired taste. The tajin is a chile/lime spice mixture and chamoy sort of tastes like sweet and sour sauce. You can order the drinks without these condiments if you prefer. We also ordered the Hot Cheeto Chilotes. The mangonadas were good. I think the sweetness of the mango slushy is what makes it. The mango swirls add an event of texture to the icy drink. The Hot Cheeto Chilotes I had my reservations about. It sounded like way too much going on. I mean we are talking corn, mayo, Cotija cheese, melted cheese, AND Hot Cheetos! But somehow, it works. At first the Hot Cheetos were a bit too powdery but once you mix them in it's bomb.com! I may try it next time sans Cheetos just to taste the difference. However, I would give this place two stars because the only good thing about this place was their orange chicken and their Thai Tea/ Coffee Horchata! I came in for the BOGO but the door greeter did not explain the process clear enough. She said we'd be able to buy a drink and get a 16oz from the list of teas on the right side of the menu for free. So my partner ordered an Ube Milkshake with the 16oz Coffee Horchata. I ordered the Mangonada with 16oz Thai Tea. We had a friend who ordered drinks and the orange chicken. As we sat down I've realized that we weren't given the BOGO deal, confused I asked the door greater why and if we could do something about this (this was a different door greater now idk what happened to the other one I just spoke to) she told me that we were supposed to get the BOGO but because we paid for our drinks already we can't have the BOGO deal/ refund. Poor girl was looking at her clipboard and looking flustered as I was asking these questions so I just said it was fine and I thanked her. She didn't apologize, she just said, "alright" and walked away. I tried my friend's orange chicken and it was delicious! The teas were equally as good. However, I was not a fan of the Mangonada - too much Tajin and I didn't like the taste of it. I initially asked for a refund but the same door greeter told me I am only allowed to have a remade drink... okay I didn't like the drink in general and I am still being provided with the same drink... okay... A wonderful employee, Erica, provided me with a new drink with Tajin on the side and she was super nice and apologetic to my drink experience when she delivered it to me. I really appreciated that. Honestly, even with Tajin on the side it wasn't great. I do not recommend that drink. Ube was okay, it wasn't bad but the presentation was nice. Overall, the two stars is for the orange chicken and teas. Another employee Audrey seemed like she was on her break and when I needed napkins she got up to get me some, which really pushed the second star. I don't see myself coming back here just because the BOGO sale and Mangonada issue frustrated me. The fries were super salty with cheese not only on top but on the bottom as well....slightly overkill with the cheese. The wings were small but big at the same time (if that makes any sense, usually screams l steroid wings to me lol). They did not taste like siracha at all, more like the spicy chili sauce used for lumpia. I would go back for the drinks.....that's about it. I really wanted to like this place and have Zero Degrees Westminster location on my bookmark to try when we visit SoCal. I was surprise to see the 3 star rating since the Westminster location had 4 1/2 stars with over 1500 reviews. After our experience, this location deserves their 3 star review. We arrived at 9pm and was surprised to see there was no line. We placed our order at 910 and saw our cups placed next to a line of about 15 cups. The cashier said our drinks would take about 15 minutes. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks. We got there just before the rush. After we ordered the line was almost out the door. I cant even imagine how long those people had to wait for their order. We ordered Mangonada, Ube Milkshake, Sea Salt Green Tea and Strawberry Horchata. The Mangonada was an interesting mix of salty and sweet with a kick. My husband and friends enjoyed the mangonada but I'm not a fan. It killed my taste buds...too salty. The Ube milkshake was my favorite of all the drinks we ordered. This drink was decorated with a toasted marshmallow, rainbow marshmallow twist, and airhead. Blended well and creamy but could use more ube flavor. This drink is on the pricey side at $6.50...not worth it. The sea salt green tea was standard. The strawberry horchata was a disappointed. We all took a couple sips and agreed that cinnamon flavor was too much. I could not taste strawberry at all. You can see the strawberry chunks but no strawberry flavor. I would give them 3 1/2 stars for their drinks and 2 1/2 stars for the the long wait. I'd driven by here several times but kept on driving because the lines were outrageously long. We finally drove by around noon on a weekday and the line only had a few people in it so we decided to check it out. As soon as we got in line a huge crowd of people came in and, just like that, the line was out the door. At the moment I ordered, there were only 2 staff members in front - the cashier and 1 person making the drinks. With as many people in line as there were, they should've had more staff working the front to make the drinks. From order time to receiving our order took about 20-25 minutes for 2 drinks. Speaking of our drinks, we ordered 2 split cups - 1st one had Thai tea with boba and lychee crush and the 2nd had strawberry horchata and peach blossom. I love that they muddle the fresh fruit for the fruit drinks. The chunks of fruit in each sip were really refreshing. Both the lychee crush and peach blossom were light and not terribly sweet. They'd be great on a hot summer day. The strawberry horchata had the nice cinnamon flavor and paired really well with the strawberry. I went for their opening, and I waited in line for a long time, probably close to an hour. It was understandable since they were new, and let me tell you, it was worth the wait! The staff was super friendly and helpful in helping me decide on what to order to help me get the best deal! I ordered the box which included: chicken, fries, veggies, and a drink. It was $12.95, and such a good deal! I didn't think I would get full from the looks of it, but I had to take the rest home! The flavor was all there, the truffle fries were definitely my favorite. They also have travel bottles, and I bought a Hawaii inspired one. There were so many options to choose from, I'm planning on coming back to buy more bottles! It's good quality, reusable, and super cute! I bought the bottle separately for $10 but you can buy it with a drink in it. I also ordered their house coffee, and it was everything I expected and more! Cool, simple space. Service was friendly and the drinks came out very fast (1pm on a Wednesday). The Mangonada was delicious and lives up to the hype. The Coffee Horchata was yummy too. But THE SMELL! The moment I walked in the door, it hit me right in the face. If I had not drove from the other side of town to try this place, I may have walked right back out. The best way to describe the smell is that of an overused restroom in a food court. I love boba and am constantly on the hunt for different places to try. My boyfriend and I ventured here one day because I wanted the mason jar. (Yes, I'm that person.) We've had the thai tea, watermelon slush, mangonada, and ube monster. All of them have been delicious, the boba perfectly made. We have also had their elotes with light mayo. The drinks are always yummy even the next day. They messed up on our order once and were very quick to fix it. I've ordered the elotes with light mayo on 3 separate occasions and the last 2 times it was not made well. It looked like they were running out of corn and only gave us half of a full order. The last time the order was smaller and there was no mayo at all. We brought it home to eat so we didn't notice at the time, but we won't be ordering elotes again. read more

Finally got around to eating here. Tried a couple times early on but was unwilling to wait in the long lines that occur in Vegas when something new and exciting opens. Just had a coffee with horchata and a charcoal cone. The coffee was spectacular. The delivery method could use some work, simple PA since people don't seem to hear when their order finally comes up. Seeing them slice up the mango is neat and the drinks are made with real fruit instead of flavorings. Will have to stop by when in the mood for a fruity drink. read more
