    Take the challenge!
    Lisa K ..

Everyone needs to try this place at least one time with someone different! We came as a family, but I'll have to say this is one of the best ways to take someone on a date!! lol! If you're looking to get to know someone - this place is filled with challenges! You will find out what a person is all about mentally, intellectually, PHYSICALLY, and emotionally! Beware, you must be FIT or somewhat active for most of these games!! :D Wear appropriate shoes.... Price is good! Choose the 90 minutes! It's worth it! Thanks to the friendly staff! I'll definitely tell everyone I know about this place! Bring your kids --- they will love it!

With kids aged 9 and 19, it's often difficult to find an activity we can all enjoy--but this experience was perfect for every age. There are dozens of rooms filled with unique puzzles, some physical and others focused on teamwork and problem-solving. They offer free lockers to store your belongings, a DIY bar where you can pour your own craft beers on tap, and a nice restaurant with well-priced food. BRKTHROUGH truly did not disappoint.

If you're looking for something fun, highly recommend going to Brkthrough. We initially booked a 2-hour session, but we were having so much fun, we extended another hour. There are over 30 fun game room challenges that are based on either skill, mental or physical abilities. Some rooms require multiple abilities to complete the challenge in each room for a maximum of 100 points per room. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Here's what I learned while there. 1) You can do a tour if you want to learn more. 2) They offer two and three hour sessions. I recommend 3 hours if it's your first time. It takes you longer to figure out some of the challenges. 3) They have tap beer wall, and food. If you want to eat there, go an hour before your allotted time so you can order and eat. We had the corn dip and it was delicious. The chicken nuggets were so moist and delicious as well. 4) Outside of each room there are holders for water bottles, and they have a water refill station at the facility. 5) Wear sneakers and athletic wear. You'll get active, trust me. 6) They have lockers to store your belongings in the lobby. If you want to carry your phone, make sure your clothing has pockets. You should take your phone because you're able to scan the QR code for a clue. Parking can be either in a surface parking spot, or in the parking garage. Can't wait to go back again.

While it was great to see some familiar faces, it was even better to meet some new faces. We joined forces as team "Strawberry Scarlett" and never looked back! It was almost as if we knew each for the longest of times and we all had just met tonight. If anyone is looking for team building, I'd definitely recommend this place. You work together as a team and come up with answers to questions that you think you have it all together, news flash, who did y'all poll for some of these answers. Lol. It's all good because Strawberry Scarlett stayed on top till the very end. Yes there is some salt in that statement. It was a fantastic event overall. I am thinking the manager was having a little bit of scare towards the beginning and during team assignments (hence not 5 stars). I get it, it's overwhelming expecting so many people. Hopefully in the end she was able to relax because everything was great. KEKE and Savannah (I hope I have her bae right) made up for some of that experience. They kept us hype during game time Saint Arnold was there along with J. Lohr wines and whithaven for our libations. But let's pause and talk about that Knead Me Bakery lemon scone. I love any and everything lemon and they had it right on spot. We also were served some Chuys, tap the mic, jalapeño dip. Yum. Along with Zalat Pizza. Thank you Ms. Britt. Great idea as always. And you blew it out the park showcasing multiple businesses just a short walk away. You're the best! Job well done for sure.

I think going with a nice size group of friends, family, coworkers, etc. might make it a little better but date night also makes for a good time. They do have light snacks and beverages for purchase (standard venue pricing). The bathroom seemed cleaned and well maintained. And the entire staff was pleasant and seemed to enjoy what they do! So yes I would go again, I had a great time!

This was my second time here, and somehow, it was even better than the first! I went with my best friends, and from the moment we walked in, we were treated to amazing customer service--the team here really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The game selection is fantastic! This time, I chose Space Wars over the Zombie Outbreak game, and WOW--it truly felt like stepping into another universe. The graphics are insane! The level of detail and immersion make it feel like you've actually crossed into a new dimension. I couldn't believe how real everything looked and felt, especially when you're dodging, shooting, and exploring the different environments. With pricing starting at $50 for a 30-minute session, it may seem a bit steep, but trust me--it's worth every penny! The time flies by because it's so engaging. If you're looking for a place to have a unique, adrenaline-pumping experience, Zero Latency is it. Whether you're here with family, a big group of friends, or even just as adults looking for something new and exciting, this place has something for everyone. If you're near The Woodlands Mall, do yourself a favor and check out Zero Latency Houston. I can't recommend it enough--my friends and I already can't wait to come back for round three!

I appreciate the disclaimer the man gave in front that there may be cuss words in the pirates game. The game was a lot of fun. It's crazy how VR can really trick you to think that something is real. I was really tip toeing over bridges like I was trying not to fall lol. And don't try to use the ledge to get up from the floor, it's not there lmao. The staff must have a great time cracking up watching people. My only complaint is that the picture quality in the pirate game wasn't that clear. I tried the adjustment in the headset and it didn't help. I want to come back and try the zombie game.

But with mom out of town for the weekend, I was looking for stuff to do with my son, and it actually seemed like a pretty solid option. He's 6 years old and plays (kid-friendly) Squid Games worlds on Roblox. It's one of his favorite things to do, actually. So when I saw that they had a Squid Games thing here, I was pretty intrigued. It was noted to be 12+ though, so I opted to not book in advance and just ask the people working here when I arrived, if it would be appropriate for him. They all universally said that it would probably be too challenging for a 6 year old. So we booked Paw Patrol instead. Walking in on a Saturday meant that we had an hour wait, which was no problem because we had plenty to do at the mall in the meantime. He absolutely loved it. He hasn't stopped talking about it in the 24 hours since we finished. It was definitely easy enough for him to figure out how to play, other than the 2nd to last game where you were supposed to herd ducks and fish into their body of water. Even I struggled with that game. But the rest of it was very manageable. It's not the cheapest way to spend an afternoon, but we will definitely be back to do this again in the future.

There were 10+ children and in our group and I was impressed by how organized the process was. After checking in and signing waivers, we headed to the treehouse to see the birthday girl. After most of the party had arrived, the kids first lined up for harnesses, followed by the adults accompanying their children on the course. We then headed to down a set of stairs for the safety briefing and to learn how to maneuver the course. I was surprised how quickly the children grasped the concepts. Once everyone passed the evaluation, we headed back upstairs to line up to enter the course. It was much higher and challenging than I expected. I'm not terribly afraid of heights but to transition to and from each obstacle took a tremendous amount of core and upper body strength. It was so cute seeing the kids clip on and move freely. This was a very fun day and I look forward to returning for a night event as we enter the hotter months in Texas.

-The WORST I have ever been treated by a business-…read more I have been on this planet for almost 37 years now and have never been talked to, policed by, treated-as-poorly or had my integrity insulted by a business like I was this evening. The premise is simple - if the party does not pay to have bar service then NO alcohol is to be on the premises. (All-good at face value. After all, they are a business and protecting themselves.) What was NOT good was how they went about policing people coming into the party (going as far as to check inside of new arrivals trunks to check for alcohol! I'm sorry, are you the police?) The bartender actually went as far as to - literally here folks - RIP a bag of liquors out of my hands while I was on the phone with my wife. (Uhh...EXCUSE ME?! Assault people much?) This was not the end of our playful trysts of the evening. When we asked her to have the booze back so we could keep it sealed and place it into our locked vehicles, she said that she couldn't do that due to the fact that the business couldn't monitor alcohol outside of the bar. "OK, well - that's my property and I'm going to go put it in my vehicle (again, also my property), where it can stay put and remain unopened." Again, she said she couldn't do that. "So, you're saying that I cannot have my property back?" "Yes sir. I'm sorry, but that is our policy - we simply do not have the staff available to follow individuals around the whole night to make sure they are complying with our policy." "OK! So then can you apologize for acting so rudely and unprofessionally, as to actually remove the bag from my possession while I'm having a conversation with my wife on the phone?! Or, is it too much for me to ask for an additional apology for insulting my integrity?" "Sir, I don't know why you are getting upset and rude with me." At this point I turn to my co-worker beside me and give him the look. [Um, I don't remember calling her any names or yelling or otherwise throwing a tantrum. I've been very calm and understanding up until this point.] "Ma'am, obviously there's been a miscommunication. But we're not being rude with you or upset, although now I'm beginning to become upset." Long story short, we talked with the head of our party, who spoke with the manager. Stephanie, the manager, gave permission for the alcohol to be moved into the bridal suite where there is a refrigerator. I then proceeded to move said liquor to the bridal suite. ---Fast forward 1 hour later--- Well the ceremony is done and it's a hot day. I'm headed over to the bridal suite to have a quick cocktail - not to leave the suite of course! - Only to find out that they had come back into the suite and...get this; STOLEN the liquor!!! No notice. No 'Hey, by the way, we needed to move the liquor in your suite for whatever lame excuse I can come up with.' NOTHING. I swear. It took everything I had at the end of the night not to throw a bottle through a plate glass window! The nerve of these people! I don't know how you could expect someone to have a decent experience when you treat your guests with such blatant disrespect!! So on the hospitality scale, I would give this place a -10. However, I'm sure that if you opt-in for the open bar then you'll have a good time. Provided no one in your party actually has to deal with the snooty-brat-turned-bartender; or has any civil misunderstanding with management. By the way, the view is fantastic! :)
