Our story: we had a puddle of water in our basement after a recent thunderstorm. Glenn and Ryan showed up within an hour, calmed our nerves, helped us inspect our home, cleaned up the mess, and left us with some fans to dry out the room. They were able to provide a free estimate. They were offered to come within an hour or 2 from the call (which means, if they can come soon, they will not let you wait for a long time for for nothing) I did not need further services in my place, and he was honest about it (he could have tried to push services, because the water machine identified humidity). He provided us with his professional opinion and backed up his advice with solid and easy to understand arguments. I had further questions about technical aspects of mold/water damage and he patiently answered them with same eloquence as paragraph above. I found his visit very objective, not waisting our time. He came to my home within two days to do a detailed estimate. We carefully explored several options. He emailed his estimate to me three days later. I noticed that it was a professional estimate complete with drawings, written warranty, DOPL license number, and costs to install the mitigation system. I did my due diligence by checking with DOPL, BBB, and the State of Utah consumer protection agency. Roger and his company have a spotless record with no complaints. I set the date to install. Roger arrived on time and finished the project that day on time. He worked like a very knowledgeable pro in the basement, garage, attic and up on the roof. He cleaned up all of his work areas. Roger gave me a free Radon test kit which I mailed off a few days after the work was completed. The test came back with a Radon level of 1.1, the best you can get. Now, my wife and I feel a lot safer occupying our basement area. I could not be more pleased with the whole process. My best advice for anyone is to skip the two big companies in Utah who cannot come to your home for 50-60 days after you call them. One big company makes estimates over the phone with a somewhat pushy style. I hope Roger puts his company sign up in my yard to advertise his great work.

My insurance already sent them payment for an amount they said is reasonable, but Bingham is still trying to get me to pay the whole amount and threatening to put a lien on my house among other things. Their project manager Anthony stopped by a couple days after the water damage happened and got everything into motion immediately. Just a vague invoice and a threat to increase the amount if we didn't pay immediately. We hired them expecting restoration -- their website says they handle both mitigation and reconstruction. After demolition, they suddenly claimed they don't do reconstruction at all. When we questioned the charges and asked for moisture logs or any kind of justification, they refused and raised the bill. We took them to small claims court. We lost. But that doesn't make what they did right. We ended up paying nearly $2,000 for a torn-up bathroom and had to hire someone else to fix it. Learn from our mistake and hire literally anyone else. Everything in this review reflects our honest opinion and direct experience.

The crew including Nathan himself were extremely disrespectful, tried to up charge me because I'm a woman, treated me like I was dumb and didn't know anything about the situation even when I do. I brought up my concerns regarding the mold and Nathan continued to dismiss me and say "you don't know what you're talking about. We're the professionals, I'd take our advice and listen." Unfortunately, even after the work Nathan and his crew did, there was still existing mold. So my husband and I decided to go with another company and now we're mold free!! This company said that the previous company I was with didn't do a good job and said they were glad we called because if we would've waited any longer, we would've had to move! We're so glad we went with our gut instinct! The reason I'm writing this review is because one of my old neighbors had the same experience as me recently regarding mold as well and they were treated the same as me.
