On…read moreAugust 14, 2026, I visited KCal Insurance Agency in Irvine to clarify some questions regarding my coverage, which was coming up for renewal. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The associates I initially spoke with did not appear to have adequate knowledge of the insurance matters I was asking about. Eventually, the Branch Manager, Bruce, stepped in. However, he was also unable to explain what endorsements were included in my policies and some other issues. Rather than addressing my questions or helping me understand my coverage, Bruce became hostile and rude, which I found particularly disappointing from someone in a management position. After spending more than 40 minutes at the office, I left without having my questions properly answered or my concerns clarified. I hope KCal Insurance Agency takes this feedback seriously and provides its associates with better training to ensure they can confidently and accurately address customers' insurance questions. More importantly, I believe the Branch Manager should set the standard for professionalism, courtesy, and customer service for the entire team.
