He is the person you need to navigate these rules. I have seen companies with excellent customer service. Sense Financial, however, has the Single. Best. And Consistently Best Customer service I have experienced. His support team as well have Always Been on point. The wealth of knowledge on the client portal is copious, well organized, and detailed, but written and organized in a way that's easy to follow.
