Very responsive and convenient! We had to get carpet cleaning per the lease and the company said due to dog damage they believe the cleaning will not help. They offered to do the job, several hundred dollars... but warned that they truly believe the rental company will still have to take the deposit to replace the carpet even with their great cleaning. THEY TURNED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AWAY DUE TO THEIR NEED TO BE HONESTY WITH OTHERS! Turns out they are a faith based company and that was no surprise. It is 100% better than what it used to look like. I asked them to clean the wrap around sofa and chairs in our common area of the house. They do look like new! I'm assuming some of these are people who…read moreresponded to the immediate request for a review - before the carpet dries and you realize it's not much better than before - or friends. Carpet cleaning was really not much better than my own home machine .... after paying over double my other quote for their top level 10 step package (see pics - don't let them talk you into an upgrade - in fact, please don't get scammed by this place and go elsewhere). Was also a rushed job - most of the carpet was just sopping wet and at least one very obvious spot - that I'd purposely moved a table out of the way to expose (pictured) - completely missed. It's where a basket sits - I ended up cleaning with a Clorox wipe (no overpriced machine needed). Also found a "new" small black mark on the carpet - tech said it was there and he just couldn't get it out - I crouched down and picked off the mark with my nail. Also, the marketing of using "fans" to help dry is just that - marketing. Fans did pretty much nothing and it took over 48 hours of freezing AC for the wet areas to dry with ceiling fans and 3 of our own area fans running. But the worst part - the complete disregard for personal property. My bedroom wall was damaged - obviously smashed into it with the machine - and pieces were jigsaw puzzled back together on the wall to hide so I didn't notice until after he left (see pics)! Now I have to pay to get my wall repaired. I'm not tech savvy but pic show before and after (I have these pics because another company I got a quote from had me take pics and I captured that area of the wall - no damage). But, to top it off, a neighbor caught the tech dumping in our landscape area and now I have a headache with our board as any dead area will be charged to us. Other quotes were less than half what I paid but I believed the yelp reviews and wanted to make sure I got a good cleaning and good service. I so wish I'd gone with the others who were less than half what I paid. Please don't make this same mistake!
