I really didn't want to have to update this review, but at this point, I am not sure what else I can do. The team at Zeros was so great when we needed them initially. Marcos and Jonathan came and really helped us out when we needed it, they explained everything and they did a great job. However, now we are having problems getting a follow up. When Marcos and Jonathan finished up at our house, we had a couple of light fixtures that weren't working correctly. They assured us that all we needed to do was change the bulbs (because they popped during a power surge) and that would fix things. We did that, but the fixtures still don't work correctly. (Please note that this was back in January.) After changing the bulbs, like was recommended to us, I contacted Zeros through the Yelp app messaging system to try and set up a follow up. Mark responded and apologized for the delay in getting back to me due to some issues with the Yelp app. Great. No big deal, and I gave him my phone number and asked if we could have a follow up to look at the non-working fixtures. I asked what day and time to expect someone out, and never got a response. Then many weeks pass with no contact, and I admit that I did not reach out for a while because of work, Covid concerns/vaccine after effects, and other things. Last week I reached out twice via Yelp message. Based on the Yelp message app, I can see that my messages have been read, but there have not been any responses. I also tried calling the number on Yelp, but when I call it goes straight to voicemail without ringing, and I get a message that says the voicemail mailbox is full. We have been getting by without having access to those light fixtures, but this is something we would prefer to have available to us. I am still incredibly thankful and happy with the initial work that was done to fix our electrical issues. I just wish I could get in contact with someone to clean up the one lingering issue we have had since the initial work was completed in January. read more

Mark is very responsive. Great communication mostly by text even on the weekend. Zeros Electrical upgraded an electrical panel for me. I liked that they also patched my stucco wall after installing the panel. All the other electricians who quoted would not get their hands dirty and require somebody else to do the stucco patch. Zeros' work is very high quality and they overcame challenges with my old house quickly. Everything was completed as promised. I found Mark and Zeros Electrical here on Yelp and began an evening online conversation with Mark, who was super accommodating and offered screen shots of suggested products. I had planned to purchase some lights from Amazon and to hire an electrician to install them. Mark was able to send his crew to us before Amazon could get the parts to me, so Mark arranged to pick up the lighting parts at Home Depot before coming out to our place. Team of two arrived (wearing masks and booties) and set right to work to retrofit four under-cabinet fluorescent lights with new LED lighting in our kitchen. I was working from home and on a call, but they didn't need any direction from me. I sat across the room from them (COVID-19 socially distanced), on my call, and watched them work. About forty minutes later, they had the four old lights out and the new lights shining. I wasn't even done with my work meeting, and they were all cleaned up and gone! They even took the old parts with them. While I found their pricing to be higher than some of the other estimates I received, I believe that Mark's time spent with me online before, and his crew's prompt, professional, and totally un-disruptive work was worth the price we paid. I manage rental properties in addition to other Real Estate services and one of my rental properties had an electrical issue that caused three of 4 bedrooms to go without power. The electrician I normally work with was on a job up north and was not available so I went on yelp and I found Mark and Zeros Electrical after scouring for someone that was available on a Sunday evening. After trying to contact about 7 electricians. He was able to come out in the late evening and did a preliminary check of all the outlets, the breaker box, and the wiring in the attic. He discovered what the issue was and that it would take a day to do some re-wiring and clean up of some of the outlets that had some corrosion issues due to age and use. I received a quote to do the work and Mark was able to set up his crew to come at date and time that was convenient for the tenants of the rental and corrected all the identified issues.
