Very clean, very kind, the quality of the food is superb. The price may be a little bit high for an everyday thing, but there are deals throughout the week when prices drop! Anyway, heard great things, I had a great experience and will definitely return to try other flavors!

    Country fried steak

Zes in hasting is the best. My go to is country fried steak or gyro omelette, it's never a let down and the waitress Haley is alway so prompt and smiley making you feel very welcomed. Food is normally presented a lot better than I did in the picture that was me mixing it all up the way I like

Amazing Crab Cake Benedict! Amazing flavor! Go check them out.

I did a search on Yelp and came across this place that was only a few minutes off our route and it was more than worth the extra 5 mins. The interior was filled with little signs and rubber ducks. For drinks I ordered the Bloody Mary which came with a spotted cow chaser and my husband ordered the mimosa. We spotted they had spotted cow cheese curds and ordered these. They were absolutely amazing and rivaled the Mouth Trap Cheese Curds you get at the Minnesota State Fair. For entrees I ordered the Butcher Omelet with Hollandaise and it was so delicious and packed with fillings. I had no hope in finishing it so we took it home for leftovers. My husband ordered the Three Little Pigs Benedict and noted it was a top 3 benedicts he has ever had (he loves benedicts). I also ordered a cold brew cocktail I think it was the Spiked Salty Caramel and it was delicious and decadent! The entire time we were there people kept stopping in and visiting the bartender to get drinks and it was so fun to see. She was absolutely so fantastic and one of those bartenders you would go back to see over and over. Just a bummer its not close to our house. I would recommend this place to anyone who is over in this area. It is so perfect!

There was a 45-minute wait for a table for two but we snagged a couple spots at the bar and sat down right away. The bartender/waitress was a pure delight. Despite how crazy busy it was, she was pleasant and helpful and efficient. (I'm sorry I can't remember her name.) And they were offering free mimosas to all the ladies which was a nice bonus. Hubby and I both ordered the eggs Benedict with a side of hashbrowns. Everything was perfectly cooked and we were delighted with the crispy hash browns Strangely, we find crispy, perfectly cooked hashbrowns very rarely. And we have breakfast out fairly often. This restaurant nailed it! The prices are very reasonable, and the service was great. Highly recommend!

Try Ze's, If only once. If you don't like it, go back to Perkins. I brought the family unit to Ze's about two weeks ago in Eagan, Mn, and the food/service did not disappoint. We ordered the Rancher for the wife, the kids pancakes for the daughter, and the chicken fried steak breakfast for myself. Delicious. Plus they have two different hot sauces on the table, as well as their homemade jam! I thought it was ketchup at first, but I put it on everything. This is now a weekly event for breakfast. My wife has been to this location several times and has enjoyed it so decided to make the drive. It was definitely worth it! We received our drinks right away, and although we didn't time it, felt like it only took 5 minutes to receive our food. We watched around us and it appeared that was the case with all their tables/customers. Ordered the country fried steak, over medium eggs, hash browns, and toast. The veg was a very not cut correctly: chunks of green bell peppers and over chunky sliced onions that were not cooked through. Please stop being lazy and chop your veg and cook the onion . Green salad was hot Not impressed. And the Bloody Mary mix is sub par. However, the diner is cute and service is good. Second visit: had to sit at counter which is fine. They were busy. The bad: Bloody Mary's were flat and expensive $13 each. No depth of flavor, thought we would give them a second chance. . Ordered croquette madame. Egg was severely undercooked - the egg white was gelatatinous and the bread way too thick, ham fatty and subpar, where were you Béchamel? I took a bite of my breakfast and he hands me a box at the end when I asked for the check--not asking if anything is wrong. Two bites out of the spring mix salad and sandwich. Bloody Mary full. $70 for a salad, madame croquette, slow service which is no problem. It's a tiny diner and around lunch time. No worries there. But uncomfortable dining service because we could feel the tension between the server and bartender. Again for me? NBD but my daughter did not appreciate this. The good: the Mediterranean salad was delicious according to my daughter. She had the same thoughts about the Bloody Marys. Super cute beer backs- pony miller high life. I brought the croque madame home and my son loved it. Went on and on about how amazing it was. In all fairness my adult kids loved their food. He did microwave it to cook the egg through. Yes I know I am picky because I worked in the restaurant industry for over 22 years. And I can make better food at home. I just expect a bit more if I am going to drop $70 for two lunch entrees and two drinks. Not including the tip. Bottom line: I would not go back for this very expensive diner that doesn't know how to properly cook simple things. Or chop veg. Or make a drink.

The Burger Monarchy: A Paradox of Plenty in Miesville In the…read morequiet, pastoral stretches outside Eagan, there exists a roadside institution that defies the modern trend of curated minimalism. King's Place in Miesville is a relic of a different era, a burger joint that functions less like a restaurant and more like a high-volume assembly line of Americana. The menu is not merely large; it is an overwhelming, multi-page manifesto of beef. With roughly 80 to 100 variations on the burger--many named in tribute to the local Miesville Mudhens baseball team--the experience begins with a bout of genuine decision paralysis. For the average diner, the sheer volume of choices feels like a dare. It is a place where you can find almost any topping imaginable, which makes the absence of a simple fried mushroom all the more jarring. It is the one note the kitchen fails to hit in an otherwise exhaustive symphony. When the food does arrive, the logistics are the primary entertainment. The floor staff at King's Place perform a nightly feat of athletic grace, weaving through the crowded, character-filled dining room while balancing five or more burger trays at a time. It is a spectacle of efficiency that puts the sterile, automated nature of modern chains to shame. However, one must navigate the side dishes with a discerning eye. While the temptation to "upgrade" is always present, the seasoned waffle fries are an investment that yields little return; they are best skipped in favor of the standard fare. The real value here lies in the core product and the refreshing lack of pretension. Despite the fame and the daunting menu, the pricing remains stubbornly reasonable, a rare feat for an establishment that has transitioned from a local secret to a regional landmark. "Life is too short to miss out on the beautiful things like a double cheeseburger." -- Channing Tatum For those seeking the predictable polish of a franchise, King's Place will be a confusing sensory overload. But for the traveler who values soul, speed, and a price point that respects the wallet, this is a kingdom worth visiting--just don't expect to find a fried mushroom on your plate.
