The people are very nice, the food is good, but they charge more than they have a right to, based on what it is and how much you get. Also, ordered a chicken parm dinner tonight, and honestly, I wish I had not because I had to look for the chicken amongst the pasta and when I found it, it was small, little strips of soggy pathetic chicken. it was a ripoff. Now, when I called the Manager, she offered to reimburse, but for me, that is NOT the point. The point is... fix the item on the menu. lift the price up a few bucks and give people some chicken, or take some that gluttonous portion of pasta away, and balance it with more chicken. I hate to say, but on that dish, they are actively deceiving the consumer. The pizza there is great. If you add toppings, take out the wallet. The Turkey is terrible. Don't order it. The thing is, that the people there roll like they have it altogether, but trust me, they could be so much better if they paid more attention to their ingredients on items other than pizza, which they do great at.. Ford this reason, they get three stars from me. Best pizza in Hampton. That is their only claim to fame. This place is the best kept secret in downtown Hampton. I notice reviews of one or two stars mixed in with the majority of 4 or 5-star recommendations and I have to laugh. Some people will complain about anything. I have ordered at Zesto Pizza for more than twenty years and NOT ONCE has anything been less than expected. The owner and staff seem dedicated to what they do. Top of the line ingredients. Absolutely immaculate kitchen in full view of the counter. Their pizza is outstanding...and I love pizza. The complainers say a lack of delivery is a major issue. I agree, but have you tried to find reliable driver help these days who will work? Major problem. The owner has told me he leaves the drivers wanted sign up 365 days a year to no avail. Give Zesto a try. read more

let's just say... I love love love Zesto's!! I have tried probably 5-8 different items on their menu and every single thing has been DELICIOUS!!! My favorite is the Chicken Gyro, I ordered this dangerous thing 3 times in about 4 days and OMG! it is just MMMMMMMMMMMM!!! It also doesn't help that I work across the street. Love Zesto's!! Also... I have been going to zestos for years. I used to absolutly love this place. Their pizza is fantastic... however after today i will not be returning. The last time i order from zestos (last week) i ordered a chicken finger sub.. i asked for tomatoes ,pickles, provolone and mayo (the same way i ALWAYS order it). I was a little disappointed because they had a 2 hour wait on delivery but i ordered anyway and decided to drive there to grab it. When i got home i was disappointed again when i realized there were no pickles but hey, it happens. So here i am again today craving a delicious chicken finger sub hang over remedy. As usual i ordered from zestos and my sister drove over to pick it up. This time however i asked for extra tomatoes and pickles. When i sat down to eat i was pretty distraught when i realized they forgot the pickles again. My sister was also agitated because her sub didn't have the extra cheese she asked for, so she called to let them know about the mistakes . Frank ( who took the order himself and made the order) told my sister that she didn't order it that way and he made it the way SHE ordered it. So basically it was our mistake not his. I like to say that was the end of it, but unfortunately when my aunt sat down to eat, she was half way through her chicken finger sub when she thought she had a tendon in her mouth.. but it was A RUBBER BAND . While i was spending time in Hampton I decided to stop by Zesto's Pizza. It was about 7 o'clock on a thursday night. I walked in, and the first thing I noticed was that the employees were all dressed casually. I slowly made my way up to the counter, and after a few minutes I ordered a pizza and a grilled chicken salad. I sat and waited for about twenty minutes. I brought my food back to the hotel room where I was staying. After the second slice of pizza I realized that I can not eat it anymore due to the high oil content. So I continued on to the salad. The salad was not bad, the chicken could have been cooked a little better, but other than that the salad was ok. read more

My husband and I have been here for pizza quite a few times and it has become our favorite pizza in the area. Great crust, the sauce is tasty and flavorful, and it's a great sauce to cheese ratio. Quality and taste are very consistent, and the leftovers even heat up awesome! On top of all that goodness, the staff is nice and service is quick. read more

no stars....used to be our "go-to" pizza/sub place...never again....called for take out...$37 , order stapled shut in a brown bag.....got home....missing grilled chicken salad salad....called zestos and the girl was less than apologetic...."you can come back and pick it up!"....exactly what I wanted to do after a long day...I work 3 jobs....finally had a night to enjoy dinner with my family.....went back to pick up missing salad....I was treated like I put THEM out.....salad was wrong again, I asked for my money back....and the money was thrown on the counter, with the "girl" saying, sarcastically, "have a goooood night"....whatever....got my money back and will NEVER go to or recommend(which I would do frequently) Zestos again. No class, and crappy, nasty "counter girls"...don't bother paying for over priced food and mostly, nasty service......too bad... read more
