A host sat us right away and it took minimal time to place orders for drinks and food. Also not an absurd amount of time waiting for drinks or food. It was the fact from the time we placed our food order we did not see our server again til we finished eating and waiting around 10 minutes after for a to-go box and check. It's been a very rare occurrence for us but the service experience truly made us feel invisible. Not a single time during eating did we get asked how our food was, if we needed anything additional. Mind you while they were not our server multiple workers walked by us many times taking care of other tables while we sat waiting for the check and also once we did want to pay our check as well. This was also at the point it really started to clear out and was by no means busy. We had tasty food but the lack of service really soured our experience. I would say if you want to check them out for their food it should be pretty good and hopefully your service is a better experience than ours!

Panzanella was the place my husband and I went on one of our first dates, and years later it's still our go-to date night spot. I was in NH visiting my Mom this past week & wanted to take her out to lunch & she told me she's never been here before. I was shocked! So Paddy's is where I took my Mom to lunch. It wasn't any ordinary lunch date, it was a "surprise we're going on a cruise to Alaska" kinda lunch!! LOL The dining room staff were all FABULOUS in helping me surprise my Mom with this. I had a cake made that told my Mom the plan & it had a cruise ship on it. See my photos. Once we were seated I went back up to the hostess stand & spoke to a young man & told him one of my friend's was going to be dropping off a cake for me & asked if my waitress could bring it out after we ate. I didn't know who my waitress was yet & he told me "no problem." I told him the key phrase to let her know when to bring it out was going to be "can I see a dessert menu." My bestie soon dropped the cake off & there was actually a different person @ the hostess stand when she arrived & they took the cake out back. My guess is the wait staff takes turns greeting & seating customers when not busy?? Our waitress was Marley. She gave excellent service to us. I even gave her way over 20% tip for helping with the cake surprise & her excellent service. We started with the spinach & artichoke dip with chips which came out fast & was hot & very tasty. I was surprised when my Mom told me she has never had this dip before. I'd say she liked it since she was cleaning the last of it out of the bowl....lol Mom had the patty melt which was just a hamburger on bread. She said it was good. I had the grilled BBQ chicken sandwich which was good, chicken was a little dry so thank God I got some mayo & BBQ sauce on the side. We both thought the fries were amazing!!! Seasoned just right. I'd like to hit this place up on a Friday or Saturday night next time I'm in town for some drinks & play some pool. Of course I'd eat here again.
