Lola and her husband were so friendly and appreciative of our visit. Her recommended we try the Za'atar Bread for breakfast, which I had never had before. My daughter and I shared that and also the spinach pie. My son had an egg and sandwich on an English muffin. We all really enjoyed our meals! Especially the Za'atar Bread. We came to Lola's because of the excellent reviews and it did not disappoint! Great prices and nice location. Highly recommend!

Great place. Convenience Store & Lola's Kitchen. Don't be fooled by the fact that this is a convenience store with a few tables. Great home Made food. And lovely service. Small. So they can be slow, but worth the wait. Staying at a vacation rental up the street and couldn't be happier to have found this gem. Wife raved about the falafel wrap and balaclava (and ordered both 2 days running.

If you're craving some delicious home made Mediterranean food - this is THE place. I got a falafel wrap and it was very yummy. And it only took a few minutes. The owners are the kindest people and I felt very welcome and valued. I wish this place was closer to my house! Definitely give it a try and support this local gem.

Portions are perfect to enjoy the meal and her homemade BAKED not fried Kibbeh is so healthy abs delicious. It comes as vegetarian as well. I visited Lebanon for a month and tried all sort of homemade food, this is one of the best version of Lebanese mamma can feed you like you are her child. Cute lil mom and pop deli. I ordered the falafel wrap and added feta. I probably could have gone without the feta but it was delicious and huge. The pickles were a nice addition, even though it wasn't listed on the menu. Service was okay. I'm pretty we my friend and I caught them on a bad day. It was disorganized and Lola definitely seemed overwhelmed. There were a few customers who walked out because they weren't being helped for a while. read more

OMG - This place is amazing! This food is to die for! My husband and I had the Chicken Shawarma sandwich and it was incredibley delicious - I'm still craving more!! The baklava was also a amazingly delicious treat within itself! The place is immaculate you could eat off the floors! Run, don't walk you'll miss out on all the goodness this little restaurant has to offer! I would give it 10 stars across the board if I could! So yummy! read more

Thanks to fellow Yelpers, I thought I'd give this place a try as it was just a few minutes walk from my hotel. As in previous comments, the owners are most kind and welcoming with the food on point. Lolas's is near the north end of the main boardwalk and so very convenient for those of us that arrive late. They make fresh sandwiches and I chose a Falafel wrap it was so good and priced fairly considering you are held captive by your precious parking spot. They are very friendly and the service was stellar. I sat outside but they do have indoor seating. I will always return when I'm at Hampton Beach! read more

We stayed two nights on the north side of Hampton Beach and stumbled into Lola's our first night. We came back for lunch the next day the food was so good! They make great American styled boardwalk food, but my goodness - the homemade Lebanese food is Ah-maxing! We had chicken wraps, chickpea salad, and the fatouch salad. Amazing flavors and so fresh. Owners are very proud and kind. I loved supporting this business on our vaca. read more

If you haven't stopped in to Lola's Kitchen inside of Oceanfront Convince, you are really missing out. Fresh ingredients in home made Mediterranean Lebanese and American food. With all those other tastey foods on the beach, it is often hard to find healthy or GF. You can get them both here! The kebbeh in a wrap is my favorite. And it's not a normal wrap, but a pita opened and wrapped with fresh veggies. A must try at the beach. read more

Best quick food on Hampton Beach! We had Chicken Shawarma wrap, Falafel Wrap, homemade Baklava and brought home fresh homemade yogurt! They also have American specials - hotdog, hamburgers, chicken fingers. Owners are delightful and were happy to modify our sandwiches the way we needed them. read more

So glad we took the chance to go into Oceanfront Convenience this morning. Turns out it's also Lola's Kitchen. The breakfast sandwich bacon, egg & cheese on a croissant was the best I've had. The best part of sandwich was fresh bacon, nothing pre cooked to speed the process up and also the way they prepare the eggs. Jimmy was VERY busy, working alone but clearly had control of the situation. While we were in there everyone that came in seemed to be a return customer and couldn't say enough about how delicious everything on the menu is. My husband is already preparing his order for tomorrow. read more

Best falafel ever! Get it with s as little hummus and spice and you won't find any better. Also ordered the zaatar special, basically a Mediterranean pizza made with fresh pita. Delicious but traded with my wife for rest of her falafel because it was just that good! Have tried falafel lots of places and had given up ordering it. So glad my wife ordered it and I could steal hers. Only problem is now I'm hooked and will only get it here. I'll add it to my excuses for coming to the beach. Breakfast sandwiches a made fresh, too. Grabbed a couple for the kids and they were happier than their usual picky little selves. So glad we found this place. read more

Really good place to have a not heavy meal or coffee in the morning. The customer service is super friendly and gives you a lot of positivity. You can buy nice beach toys for kids to play in the sand. The price for food was a little bit pricy but for one time visit maybe it works if people is on vacation. read more

After a long day at the beach we stopped in to Lola's Kitchen. It's our favorite spot at Hampton. The owners are so incredibly nice and the food is fantastic. We got vegetarian zaatar and it was absolutely amazing. We had to get extra to bring home. They also have the best fried dough on the beach. There subs are exactly what you want. Fresh and tasty. Lola is my favorite!!!! I live down the road and love walking by and seeing her and having her make me a fresh and amazing meal - every time! I thought about her all winter long when she was closed and so glad she has reopened for the summer! She puts nothing but LOVE into each dish she creates. Lola is also the first person who made me dinner when I moved to Hampton. Don't let the outside or inside trick you! It's a basic convenience store type setting but she will make you the best meal in Hampton Beach!! read more

Amazing. I can't even put into words how great this place is. The owners are some of the kindest people I've ever met, with their food being full of love. Plenty of options for everyone regardless of dietary restrictions. Highly recommend the fattoush and the falafel, truly amazing. So after I finally fought what felt like being in a presidential debate just to get this hot coffee I paid like 8$ for they give it to me. This fucking coffee looks like they just gave me 80% of their nasty old musty chai foam and 20% coffee. Best Lebonese food I have ever had! Lola and her husband are nicest people you ever want to meet! My husband and I walked by and you can just feel all the love that is coming out of there. Well I will tell you, it was like stepping into Mom's kitchen! Everything was so fresh you can tell they really care about the food and their customers. We sampled the hummus, tabouleh, baba ganoush, grape leaves. Next morning went back for breakfast sandwich bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and coffee. Lola made me a special breakfast sandwich both days I was there. She took great care to not use salt or oil to accommodate my special diet. I told her what I wanted and she made it to order and both times it was delicious! She even gave me milk for my decaf to take back to the room and did not charge me. I admired a beautiful shell on her counter and she gave me that as well! The sun was shining on us while we were eating outside and she put up an umbrella. Lola is a treasure and a beautiful gift from God! I will be looking for her and her cooking when I return. read more

I was at Hampton Beach for a week recently and discovered Lola's Kitchen. I ended up going back and back and even bought some food to take home to my wife. She liked it so much we had to go back and get more the following week. This is without a doubt, some of the best Middle Eastern food I've had anywhere in New England. Cannot say anything bad about this place whatsoever! You walk in and are just greeted with the greatest hospitality. They have just about everything you are looking for. Their hummus and breakfast sandwiches are some of the best that I'll be sure to miss when I go back home. If you're unsure if you'll like anything, they'll make sure to give you a sample prior! For being on the boardwalk they have some of the cheapest prices. If you're ever on vacation in Hampton beach this is a must stop shop! read more

Lola and Jimmy are delightful hosts, and make delicious ethnic food. I had an awesome Lamb Gyro, and Lola gave me a sample of her chickpea salad(out of this world) Tabouleh, and a lentil dish that tasted just like my Yia Yia used to make.
