We had a problem with our oven door not closing properly and called 10xRepair. The repairman came out and assessed the problem. We ended up paying $430.00 to have the parts replaced in December 2025. The problem reoccurred in mid June 2026. We immediately contacted them for warranty repair. They gave us a date and time when they could be out . They ended up not showing up during the time they said and when we called, told us they were running late and it would be another half hour or so. We had another committment so had to reschedule. Upon the second service date appointment the serviceman came out and determined one of the parts they had replaced failed. However, they said the part was not under warranty and we would have to pay for the same part again. We are very unhappy about this and will no longer use this company. They do not honor their work! Quick to reply and service, but the results were less than optimal. Replaced condenser, but immediately after the refrigerator became noisy when the condenser and fan kicked in. Never did that before - ever. Very noticeable. To their credit, they came back and tried to remedy, but it didn't make a difference. They had weak "reasons" as to why it was loud - "coils dirty before, hid the noise". Sorry, but that is inaccurate as we've had coils cleaned in the past and this noise is new. The main concern was that the screw holding the igniter in place might be too stubborn to remove, which would necessitate replacing a larger part and increase the cost. Diagnostic fee was very reasonable and overall the fees were fair. Most impressive was Sean's knowledge, speed, efficiency and can-do know how. For example, I had a few other calls out to other appliance folks and they said that for a stacked washer-dryer they needed to send two people out. I could see that because these units are heavy and difficult to move and on top of it ours is in a small closet. No problem for Sean - he was quite clever in using cardboard to get the units out so that he could service them.
