Took my cat Lily to Benny's Pooch Pawler for a bath, de-shedding, and nail trim. I was a bit nervous since she's only been to one other place before and unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. But the staff here completely put me at ease. They were reassuring, friendly, and took the time to get acquainted with Lily, and I could genuinely see their love for animals. The location was spotless, open, and full of good energy. The welcoming scent of aromatherapy and incense made the whole space feel safe and calming. Lily came out looking (and smelling) amazing and most importantly, she was relaxed and happy afterward. I couldn't be happier with the result! My review for Vivian and her amazing staff is long overdue! I have a 3-year-old Shih Tzu who is absolutely terrified of groomers. He's been traumatized in the past--getting cut and ending up with awful grooming jobs--so finding the perfect groomer for my fur baby became my mission. If you're like me, taking your pet to the vet or groomer can bring major anxiety, but I can genuinely say I no longer feel that when I drop him off at Benny's. With Vivian, I know he's safe and in great hands. There's something so calming about her that puts me at ease when I leave my little one there. I love that you can watch the grooming process, giving total transparency. Plus, she's right next to an amazing taco spot with handmade tortillas--bonus points for that! Parking can be tricky since the shopping center has other businesses, but I always manage to find a spot. On top of everything, I love supporting a Latina-owned business. I pay $70 plus tip and am always beyond happy with the results. Highly recommend! read more

And make sure to explain what you want done to your pup 10x and have it recorded in case she lies and says you never said that. Or you'll get over charged for 1 thing. Update: I never wanted a free groom, you charged me $65 to bath and shave my puppy and tried to charge me $35! to just trim his ears, and It wasn't 3+ weeks ago omg stop it. Business isn't for everyone and this is not how you run a successful one. read more

Brought my puppies in for their very first grooming and Vivian and the team were extremely patient with them. They are very active and nervous pups but they did an amazing job at completing the groom. I can truly tell that everyone loves what they do! Loved the way the puppies look! Tried out Benny's today with my little old man who has many health issues. My little guy is a 9 year old shihtzu who has had many issues including seizures, chronic ear, eye and skin infections since he was only a few months old. He is also a very nervous dog who is going blind and often snaps when is scared. I brought him in and the owner asked a large number of questions (which made me feel comfortable because she was asking very important questions given his very special needs). When it was time for pickup my sweet boy was very calm so I know he was in good hands. I got a full recap on his behavior and they filled me in that it was time to take him back into the vet as his ears were not looking too good. I will be permanently switching to Benny's for grooming going forward. Customer service was great and pricing was standard compared to my past groomers. My little guy has been very calm and relaxed after a long morning out of his normal comfort zone. I would and will be recommending Benny's Pooch Pawler. read more
