You do have to be somewhat proactive in getting your server's attention, and there can be periods where you feel overlooked. As we were leaving, I noticed the restaurant vehicle outside with a phrase along the lines of "Questionable service, great food," and honestly, that sums up the experience quite well. What Poseidon's may occasionally lack in attentive service, it more than makes up for with consistently excellent food.
