Do not rent from this place. They charged me $67 for a refueling fee even though I returned the vehicle with more gas than it had when I received it. It's a bunch of incompetent staff working for the agency. I submitted proof and they still had the nerve to tell me that it had 3/4 (it was a smidge over half). So they're fine committing theft. So many issues with this company also know as Flexway. 1) they are not located at the airport. Waited 25-30 mins for the shuttle. 2) we weren't told but they require a $1000 hold on your credit card. We watched a family distraught because that was all the money they had for vacation. How are they going to eat? 3) they wouldn't let my spouses use her credit card to put said $1000 hold on because it wasn't the same exact name as the reservation. FYI we have same last name and I'm an approved user on the card. 4) wouldn't take my debit card for the $1000 hold. Required it to be a credit card. Or pay an addition $16 a day ($96) to use the debit card. 5) then charged us $90 additional to put my spouse on the reservation just so we could use the card for the hold. I unfortunately rented from them out of Orlando, booked with my jetblue flight, to see my dieing Mother, from Sunday to Saturday. Early Friday morning, my last day/time that I will ever spend with her, the car did not start and I was stranded. Customer service was horrible! They did send AAA, to start the car, which took close to 4 hours!!!!!!! AAA was honest and said, they will NOT pay to have the battery replaced so you will be OK as long as YOU DONT TURN THE CAR OFF!!!! My flight was the next morning so chances of me making my flight were Zero, with this company! I was forced to spend the day dealing with their poor maintenance of a simple battery which they should have known was failing before the vehicle was released into service. I rented from FlexWays via Travelocity, but they are located with Zezgo and there's no separate listing, address, or phone number for Flexways. Positive, I got a VW Jetta, in good condition and good gas mileage. Cons, there are many. First if you think the price here is better than at better know companies, think again. They will upcharge you at the desk for liability insurance by telling you that Florida requires you to purchase (not true) and you need a toll transponder (its totally possible to get where you want to go without paying any tolls and a single $25 charge is still less that $13.99/day for several days to use their transponder - also possible to pay tolls by cash on Rte. 528). Final cost ended up being comparable to Avis or Hertz. All things that can be avoided by doing the homework, but don't count on these folks to play it straight. Second, this place is way off airport. Approx 3 miles away. Customer service is via a WhatsApp link they will send you in confirmation email. What they don't mention in that email is that you must contact them to arrange pickup. There is a phone number, but the person who answered simply said "hello?" when she picked up. Not very reputable business-like. I waited 45 min for the shuttle to pick me up at MCO - in the time I waited I watched 5-6 shuttles for every other rental car place come through. Looks like they have one guy driving the shuttle and they pick up at A and B then the long drive out to their office. This isn't a quick trip. The driver is uncommunicative and unhelpful and if you aren't standing right there when he arrives at the terminal, he will take off pretty quickly. Finally the affiliation with Zezgo isnt communcated anywhere. If you google Flexways you either get the Ft Lauderdale location or a completely different Orlando location. Speaking as a single female traveler, a surly driver taking me to an unknown offsite location, that I can't independently verify, feels unsafe. I learned a lot of this once I got to MCO. None of this even occurred to me looking at their 70% rating on Travelocity. If you are going to go with these guys, do your due diligence. The car was very clean and shuttle service is easy when I dropped the car off. We waited 30 min to get picked up initially though. The customer service was fine because you want your car and traveling is tiresome, but the one star is due to the extra $250 I paid. I don't care if there is a "rental agreement" or not when you get there, it's either this or a $1000 deposit. The counters are so high for shorter people honestly you can barley see what you're signing. This rental like my hotel and airfare was a bundle and paid for already. $250 extra? Please. Also, I dropped the car off early due to traveling on a holiday weekend and my receipt then said I would receive a $50 refund (?) so $200 total but there was no refund. I was told over the phone that "I would not get that for dropping the car off early." So no refund at all. My amount charged in the end did not match my email agreement they sent when I dropped the car off. Bottom line, if you get this company with your Expedia bundle, plan for an EXTRA $250 dollars or book with a simple rental company who has a normal deposit for actual people, like for example, Enterprise holds about $100 or so and then you get that back when you drop the car off. I can also use my own EZ pass for the tolls with their rentals. The tolls I paid to drive to Disney and Universal were the same price I would pay on the turnpike driving 4 hours in my state with an EZ Pass ($63.96) I don't buy it. I do not think my tolls were that much money. Sorry. I paid a lot of money to drive a Toyota Corolla for a total of 132 miles over 5 days. 60 of those being from the Zezgo to the hotel and back. Silver Lining = total gas cost for me to pay was only $9. I do not recommend this company and believe they are overcharging customers intentionally using a $1000 deposit to trick you into thinking $250 is a better option. When I contacted the company they claimed there was a strong smoke smell in the car and cigarette remains. I have never smoked before in my life! Hidden costs: On Priceline my four-day reservation appeared to cost $60, but when I got to the rental counter I told them I would use my own car insurance. This is a terrible business- DO NOT USE Our car rental (Nissan Kicks) was a total clunker-- the engine was so noisy that we truly worried it would break down every time we used it. The real issue was when we returned the car. We were charged numerous extra fees that were never disclosed. Also said the tolls are unmanned but they have toll collectors In the end more then doubled the rental fee -website says they have an overnight person for people leaving on earlier flights and they had a drop box for keys. Sat for 45min because there was no place to leave keys and a driver finally shows up saying he was dropping people off...the airport was 7min away and it's a 9 seater van! We rented a car for 4 days and we were told my the the person that was helping us that we had to pay $128 for an additional type of instance. We told him we had purchased the collision insurance through Orbitz but he said that was not enough. We told him we had our own insurance and he said we could use it. Thinking that everything was fine he said we had to pay $58 for a collision insurance so we told him we had showed him the collision insurance through Orbitz he said we could not use two different types of insurance and had to get one through them. Booked as FlexWays on Priceline. Very disappointed. Their scam is the cheap car price, but then adding tolls and insurance. Florida has some tolls that require pay by the plate or transponder. They charge $14.95 per day to use their transponder (whether you use it that day or not). If you try to use the sunpass pay by plate, they charge $250 to remove their transponder. Then the insurance. You either need to pay for their insurance daily, or show them your insurance with comprehensive coverage AND let them put a $1,000 deposit on your credit card. Oh, and their hours suck too. I hope you don't have a flight before 10:30 am. They open at 8:00 am and you have to take (wait for) their shuttle. So enjoy paying for your Uber to the airport from their jenky parking lot. read more

Scammer company with garbage vehicles and dishonest staff. We needed the vehicle to drive to a cruise and was supposed to have the vehicle for a week after. The Pacifica froze up, the vehicle would not start because of a contrived parking break issue that arose out of nowhere. Note: I own two pacificas, so I'm familiar with their issues, this should not have happened. We called Zezgo, explained the situation. Had to leave the vehicle to make the cruise. We left specific instructions to the tow company AND Zezgo regarding location and recovery of the vehicle. After much (evidently) non-communication between tow and Zezgo, they deemed the vehicle functional and "recovered" the van. They lied about the vehicle being functional, and charged additional money (over $1200). We've had to submit a claim to our bank, whom Zezgo also lied to. Bottom line: they lie, have rotten staff, garage vehicles, and can leave your vacation in nightmare status. Absolutely avoid!!! read more

First, we wait two hours from MCO for the shuttle us from Zezgo and when we get to the office and we were not allow to use our own ez pass device and need to pay $250 to use it or have to pay $64 for 4 days and the most horrible issue is that you have to pay for $1000 deposit before checking out the car Where big name car rental is $200. They have unannounced additional charges once you arrive. Like the I-pass or Sun-Pass in Florida. You have no option not not taking the $17.00 daily charge and paying the tolls yourself. Rather if you go through a toll and you haven't paid them the daily charge. They will charge you $25.00 for each toll even if you paid them. Second, if you decide to use your own insurance instead of paying for theirs. They will put a $1000.00 on your charge card and supposedly release it once you return the vehice. Third. When you arrive at the airport the recording instructions tell you to go to a particular spot where the transportation goes by regularly and pick you up and take you to the rental facility. False, you have to call them and tell them where you are at so that they can come and get you. And guess what. They don't like answering the phone. I called 7 times before someone answered. The prior 6 times the recording would come up followed by 20 rings followed by a recording to leave a message. Of course if you try to leave a message the next recording will tell you that the mailbox is full. So there you are stuck at the airport with no where to go. read more

They also charged me a 105.00 fee for using a debit Visa card and not a major credit card so I was out 405.00 even though car was already paid for and I wanted to use me own car insurance!!!! When I got in the car it recked of marijuana and again I didn't have time to complain. They gave me an email to voice my complaint and I have emailed them 3 times and it's been over a week with no response.
