The first time I brought a car here, she was 4 years old, playing in the waiting room at their old location. Now she's turning 18 this year. In 2025, Fresh Tint tinted her Audi A3, and they also did my Ineos Grenadier full tint all around, including the safari windows, plus ceramic coating. The work is always flawless. Jr. is a solid, trustworthy guy, and I only trust him with my cars. There was one car I didn't take to him, and I regretted it. Lesson learned. We had my wife's car tinted at Pristine Auto Care in Newhall, including the front windshield. At night, driving became genuinely dangerous. The road looked hazy and taillights appeared doubled and blurred. This is not a cosmetic complaint. Visibility impairment at night is a safety issue. They removed the tint, but then told us to come back in the summer for a redo, leaving us without a real resolution for months. We eventually had to request a refund just to close the loop. What makes this more concerning is that this was not an isolated issue. I personally know two other customers who had their windshields tinted here at different times and experienced the same problem. Both had the tint removed. One of them works there and still had it removed. On top of that, the rear window already had factory dye in the glass. Most experienced tint shops account for that when matching the rest of the vehicle. That was not done here. The rear window ended up significantly darker than the side windows, and visibility through the rearview mirror during the day is extremely poor. For comparison, I had another vehicle tinted at a different shop with zero issues. If you are in the Santa Clarita area and considering window tint, especially windshield tint, there are better options. Based on our experience, I would not go back.
