So this year was no different- and then to top it off, my front yard faucet AND the back one too were leaking! This year I called Union Plumbing. What I love about them right off the bat, is that a nice lady (yes a live person) answered my call instead of an answering machine- and it was the weekend. She told me the earliest they could get someone out was today but the would squeeze me in if there was a cancellation. They had a time window of when they were expecting arrive and I got a text message the night before as a reminder and another one this morning when they were on their way. Two really nice guys showed up and the showed me everything and explained everything. They had a tool that can sense water/ a leak inside the wall and that was a blessing- although Luciano would have loved it if these guys started cutting a hole in the side wall so he could have a doggie door! So they replaced the part, had me run the sprinkler for two minutes and rechecked for any leaks- it is nice and dry. Then they went o to work on the faucets, front and back, and replaced parts there also. Everything is nice and snug now! Best part is that when I went to check in on Yelp, they had a 5% discount coupon for the labor costs!!!! This came in handy today for sure. All in all, I am thankful they were able to see what they needed without tearing holes in the wall. They were on time and the service from the phone call I placed to them taking care of my property (rolling up the hoses) was A+++.
