He is always so kind and helpful and accommodates my schedule for when I need an oil change and will continue to go there for my oil changes or when ai need tires. I have recommended them to family and friends because I know he will do right by them! That store itself could use a bit of an overhaul, the floor tiles in the waiting area were all cracked and could just look better with some upgrade. read more

What happened? Did Zeigler sell out to a new owner? I went in to see what a job would cost kinda figured that the numbers would roll out automatic.Nope.Had to ask what what was needed.Instead of putting the job in the computer,all I got was "This will cost about this much.And that will cost about this much." Then he just looked over my shoulder because a buddy of his wanted new tires.And then just blew me off.But not before I get a bill for twenty bucks for an estimate I never got.As in NOTHING ON PAPER! I have no idea what a brake job is going to cost. But I guess if you have a customer who is gonna spend 1200 to 1500 bucks on tires you just get shown the door. I had my car towed into Zieglers on a Monday (it wasn't starting, & my brake light came on with the battery light) ..come Friday I had no answers as to what was wrong with my car! Called Zieglers, & Andrew or WHOEVER told me they were still running diagnostics on the car.. that everyday they have been running tests on it. Bill at $154 so far. So my husband & I go into Zieglers on Friday & Andrew said the only thing they've done was get in the car, start it, & THAT'S IT. NO TESTS HAVE BEEN DONE! 5 days my car has been in that shop & no one has even tried to fix it. Andrew was saying "yeah we can do this & this to it; but labor alone would be $1,800" ...5days my car has sat in that shop, not touched & no one has even called me. I don't know if it's new ownership or what, but Zieglers has definitely gone down hill!! If they know the tests can be done, then do them. 5days & nothing! I was lied to & mislead. ANDREW IS A FCKN JOKE!! Sitting there just talking, not saying anything, looking dumb as hell. Now I have to have another tow & take it to a professional shop. Been going to Zieglers for 17years & it's come to this. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO ZIEGLERS ON TUSC! They're all stupid there, not real mechanics & just charge you over nothing. I'm going to file a formal complaint & definitely not paying that bill. Ridiculous that they're still in business. I went OFF in the shop, & Andrew told me to take my keys & leave. Not like I can take my car anywhere since their dumbasses couldn't do ANYTHING for me! Seriously DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO ZIEGLERS ON TUSC. I went in because I thought my back brakes were going bad. I was told that only my E brake was bad & they recommended it to be removed & that my brakes & rotors were fine! Only to find out days later that I needed a new brake hardware kit, new brakes & new rotors & a recommendation to replace the same E brake they originally recommended that I take out. I spent $150 for nothing! I was misled and misinformed about the true nature of my problem. read more

They have a sweet deal 2 alignments for $100. So basically the second alignment is only $20. They were quick and professional. My only complaint is the guy who works the front counter. There was a long line of people waiting to to get checked in or to pay. He was very slow at taking care of the customers. He was holding long conversation about cars with a customer while people were waiting. I understand being Courteous, but this was ridiculous. read more

I live in the Houston Texas area, but my daughter lives in Canton. My daughter is young and doesn't know much about cars, let alone tires; but her tires were at end of life. So, it's near Christmas and I figured tires would be a good gift. I sent her to a different store first and it didn't go to well. They didn't do anything terribly wrong, but I started second guessing everything I heard. I told my daughter to leave there... So, I found Zeigler Tire due to the 2 good reviews I saw on yelp. I called them up and spoke with Shawn on the phone and he set my daughter up with 4 new, top brand tires, for less than half of what 'the other guys' were offering. Not only that, but the customer service was on point the whole time. I never felt like there were trust issues between he and I. Comforting because I'm so far away... Daughter is now driving down to spend some time with us on her four new tires! She is very happy with them, as am I. Thanks for helping me out guys! read more

I've been bringing my car to Ziegler tire for my car repairs and maintenance for the last 5 1/2 years since I've been back in Ohio after living out of state for 14 years. I have always gotten great service and the repairs and maintenance have been reasonably priced. I often don't schedule ahead of time and they're able to see me the same day or within a day or two. The service is always very friendly and I have even followed Joshua Sparkman from the Hills and Dales store to the West Tusc store and back because his customer service is so attentive and respectful. I have rarely had to wait longer than an hour or two for any repairs. The estimates are always exactly or even less than what were quoted to me before the work.
