Tried their new dirty sofas. Was surprisingly very tasty! I got the very cherry dirty soda. I don't really drink soda but would come back for this one. The only con would be for some reason it took them a long time to make everyone's orders in the drive thru so I waited around 30 mins for my one drink order... and if you're in the drive thru line you're kinda stuck and can't move to park in their parking lot and just walk to the window.

We played it safe and got the caramel macchiato. It was good. We'll definitely try one of their unique drinks next time! The service was great and the staff were so friendly! We were in and out of the drive through really quick despite there being a bit of a line in front of us.

AMAZING! Absolutely loved it enough to write a review... They were open when it was snowing pretty good but were also still super nice even though you could tell they were cold. So serious props to them. Can't wait to go back!

After I ordered I saw 10 other people with order numbers in their hand so that was an indication of the wait we were about to endure. We had to stand for a bit before a table was available. It took 45 minutes before the food arrived. Now the food. It was good enough to say I'll try it again. If it wasn't for the generous portion of fries I would have left hungry. I'd be happy to pay $18 for two sliders and half the amount of fries. Fries were good but most likely a premade frozen fry nothing unique. The size of the burger was honestly comparable to the McBurger not the Big Mac (smaller and less meat). Couldn't have been more than 1/4 lb. Very thin. Yes I know it's a smash burger but paper thin and didn't pour out of an already tiny bun. I ordered the heat burger. It came with pepper jack cheese jalapeños and aïoli sauce. I dipped it in ketchup b/c it seemed dry. The 9 year old ordered the classic with added bacon. I'd say add the 3rd patty for $3 to make the meat to bun ratio closer to equal.

The restaurant itself played music and was very very clean!! Food itself was fresh but average. Wheat or white bread are the beginning options. Toasted to them means grilled, whereas a "cold cut" is still toasted bread. It's a good thing to know going into ordering decisions. I ordered the Italian sub and it was ok- I think it would've been better without the grill because the oils from the meat had soaked the bread. Boyfriend, C's Review: Service was prompt and professional. The restaurant itself was very cleaned and organized. Food made fresh although overhyped in my opinion. I ordered the club cold cut and it came out with the bread toasted and made it dry which we now know is their normal. I do not care for toasted sandwiches. With so many other sub sandwich places in Omaha this wouldn't be my go-to. It was nice to finally give this place a try! They do support Down Syndrome Adoption which is amazing and something I did not know before going into the restaurant!!

I'm very picky with my shrimp because sometimes it can taste just not right but I actually like this shrimp. I had their tiger boba a while back and really loved that drink, especially the size they give! The girl at the front taking orders is very kind and personable. The inside of the restaurant was also very clean and neat. I LOVE the sticky note art they have on the wall, it's very interactive and gives you something to look at while waiting for your order.

Turnaround time on two entrees was pretty quick. When I arrived for pick-up, the shop is bright and clean, the people very friendly! I love a good bahn mi, and this has lots of veggies, a good amount of beef, and a nice, slightly zingy sauce. (I would have liked more of the mayo sauce, to be honest. I'll remember that next time.) The roll had nice chew, nice flavor, I would have liked just a little crispness to the crust, though. Honey Walnut Shrimp was really good! The shrimp were HUGE. The sauce was good, the veggie and rice accompaniment a little sticky, but overall delish. I'm not one for food swimming in sauce, but this could have used just a little bit more sauce, too. I'll definitely be back!

I ordered a Gluten Free #6, Mike's way, and I was pleasantly surprised. I think they've improved their gluten free subs, because it didn't instantly crumble and fall apart with all the sauces on it. The roast beef was good; truly just a simple sandwich. It's pretty much just meats, cheese, and a couple veggie toppings, but Mike's Way can really elevate the sandwich.

I'm sorry, Danny DeVito - I love you, but I did NOT love Jersey Mike's. You can be their celebrity…read morespokesperson if it pays the bills, but you steered me wrong this time, Danny. All joking aside, I had not visited Jersey Mike's in the past, because I am a very big sauce girl and had seen that Jersey Mike's has no sauces. They have mayonnaise and olive oil and vinegar, etc. That is the extent of their sauce game. And they have no toppings aside from tomatoes and onions and simple things like that. Not a sandwich place after my heart, I must say. I am a Potbelly or Subway girl for the above reasons. Mama's Meatball at Potbelly - yummmm! And that Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki at Subway - I would eat it even knowing there's yoga mat in the bread. Jersey Mike's does have a nice vibe going in their shop, kind of like you're at a baseball game or something with the red, white, and blue color palette. But then there are pictures of beaches and things, so that was a little confusing. I got the Turkey Provolone sandwich to try for my first (and last) visit. I don't like tomatoes or onions, but they did have black olives, so I added those. They have no sauces, as I said, except mayo, so that's what I ordered and I got a LOT of it since it was the only "moisturizing" aspect of this dry turkey sandwich. Even with the onslaught of mayo that I added to this sandwich, it was still somehow very dry in the end. I think it's because they put WAY too much meat on the sandwich (which is hand cut on a slicer, and I do appreciate that). But the absurd amount of meat just soaked up all the toppings and made it dry and unappetizing. My husband got the tuna salad sandwich, and that was actually pretty good (he gave me half of his since I didn't like mine at all). It did have some flavor and wasn't super dry like mine. So because his sandwich was good, I am upgrading my review from a two star to a three. Overall, I would say to skip Jersey Mike's if you're not a fan of pretty basic/bland sandwiches. If you are a fan of those, then Jersey Mike's might be for you, and that's ok.
