I was in Omaha for a long weekend stay with my family, and it was a struggle to find a brunch spot to eat at. My mom also had candied bacon with her meal, which I had never had before and were equally tasty. Every time I have been to Early Bird it has been good. They do get busy on the weekends so definitely check or join the waitlist before going! I tried one of the Eggs Benedicts that first morning and found it to be excellent. So pleased with our first visit, we held true to my husband's proclamation and returned the next morning. Unfortunately, Selena did not have the same sparkle that Mikayla did the previous day; she clearly did not want to be here, or perhaps she was not feeling well. The food the second time around was just as good as the day before, but service was certainly lacking--had this been our first experience, we would not have returned the second day.
