The outer lane was moving faster, but I thought there must be an issue as the car had been handed their drink in front of me. As I listened I heard a long conversation about where do you work, oh I know people who work there, then brought up another business. Continued to chat and lean on the car oblivious to anyone else. I looked and realized I've been waiting 2 minutes for this car to move. But it wasn't due to their order. They had it. They were just chatting! As the other lane proceeded to continue to move, my lane came to a complete halt. Ok , I get engaging and friendly but why hold up the line that long? 5-10 seconds, quick friendly engagement and move on. Not find a new BFF and get all their life details. My order was ready when I pulled up. I don't want anymore conversation, I just wanted my coffee!! I quickly grabbed it. So moral of the story, they are not always fast as some of the reviews state. Read the room (or line) and keep it going please. Staff- Engage and be friendly, but keep it moving please. This round of flights was tasty with my favorite being the Lucky Charms which tasted like they infused cereal milk into the drink and the Clover with white chocolate, peppermint and vanilla with that striking green hue.
