Of those ten times, my tractor/mower was ready when promised ONE time. This year I took it in March 9, and was told it would be ready in "a week and a half." When I called to check March 23 (two weeks later) I was told it had "been assigned to a tech" suggesting it would be done soon. On March 30 I was told it should be done "in the next couple of days." Three days later, April 2, when I called again, they were "just finishing up" and didn't have the paperwork in the office yet, but I could come get it. So, three and a half weeks from the day I left it with them until it was finally ready. If this were unique to 2020 I would dismiss it as an aberration due to COVID-19. However, this has been the rule rather than the exception both before and after the change of ownership. The work seems to have been done well, but it seems expensive, but I would not have complained abut the price had it been ready when promised.

I received a text message that the message was received and someone would call me shortly, No call Monday or Tuesday. I called on Wednesday 5/20/2026 and left another message. The service manager called and gave me a couple of excuses as to why he didn't call Monday or Tuesday. I accepted that and was willing to move forward with the service. The service manager told me he would call me on Tuesday 5/26/2026 to schedule the mower pick up. No call Tuesday or Wednesday. I called on Thursday 5/28/2926 and was given an excuse as to why he didn't call me when he said he would. I was still willing to move forward with the service and was given a window for pick up for Friday 5/29/2026. I tried to narrow the window by 1 hour and was told that he could not accommodate that and he would have to call me the following week once he made the route schedule. Since he didn't call me the first or second time he said he would I lost confidence he would do what he said he would do the third time. If he would have told me originally it would be two weeks before he could schedule the pick up I would have accepted that. I feel like their service is not important to their business and would not recommend them for service.

Today the man filling the propane (Logan) refused to let me leave to find my wife with the wallet, accusing me of stealing our 5 bottles of propane. He then ordered a younger woman to check me out outside with their mobile machine, which we couldnt fo because my wife was inside with the wallet. So the lady followed me in with the machine, as we walk in the register lady turns to us and yells "are you paying for that" which i replied yes, I need to find my wife. When I arrived I called the number on the sign in the designated pickup area. A friendly employee answered and directed me to pull over to the propane area where a nice man was waiting to load my trunk. He was very sweet and helpful, loading things neatly in the trunk. It was a nice quick pickup. I was jealous to find out they are now offering a Pet Wash Station!!! I wish they had this when I lived right up the street, I wouldve used it all the time!
