When you walk in, you are greeted with the warmest smiles and reception into a star-studded facility. The Hollywood theme was so cute and exciting for my kid (and me, actually!) and continued in every room/hallway. My kid does not like to sit still and doesn't like people messing with him (I know- not a lot of toddlers do!), but they made him feel comfortable and calm. I also appreciated how they educated me, his parent, on how to properly care for toddler teeth, things to look for, and tips on finally getting rid of his pacifier. I was told I was "not a fit," despite never being given a fair opportunity to demonstrate my capabilities. It was a disappointing experience, especially given the professionalism and kindness of the existing staff, who are clearly the backbone of the dental office's success. I would not recommend this office as the internal communication after change of ownership is greatly dwindling and with it will be patient-customer care.

Ten to fifteen minutes later, my son came back with nothing done to him. They told me they could not treat him because he was nervous and afraid and they could not do anything for him in these conditions. They're supposed to be trained to treat children, that's why they're pediatric dentists, but apparently they aren't. I ended up taking my son somewhere else where he was treated very quickly, without any anesthetics, and with the loving he didn't receive here.

My son has autism and has never been able to go to the dentist sucessfully (ie. without a meltdown) until we met Dr. Bui. Maybe it was the video games in the front or the fact that the xrays are digital and thus easier and less uncomfortable for him, or maybe it's the sunny, open treatment area. Likely, it's the way the doctor and the staff spoke slowly and softly to him, like they had all the time in the world. He breezed through the appt. and and happily scarfted down the sugar free candy he got on the way out. My daughter had a cavity filled by Dr. Bui. She got a composite filling. Ifound everything to be satisfactory with that. We had to pay extra for sedation because our insurance did not cover it. I feel it was worth it, she slept through the procedure and has only pleasant memories of the experience. The office staff always print out a note for school, which is convenient, and this time we were able to get a Saturday appt. so we won't have to miss any school. The office is a little hard to find since it is tucked away in a medical office park filled with other one story buildings that all look the same.

Root Canal: Anxious no more after 10+ years! I didn't feel a thing…read more I have had severe anxiety going to the dentist since I was a child due to a traumatic experience. Today was a huge step getting a root canal procedure done for the first time in years. Got one done as a child and have been terrified ever since. I even started to tear up at the office. After my procedure not only have I been freed of anxiety, but now I am more confident going to get the rest of my procedures done. Dr. Oh and dental assistant Daniel were fantastic, very quick and through. Daniel made me feel at ease as he explained the procedure. He mentioned it was the easiest procedure to do and that Dr. Oh has had years of experience. I didn't feel a thing (not even the numbing needle). I thank God for everyone there and to finally be healed from this trauma after many years. May God bless this practice with abundance for years to come!
