Do not use!!! We dropped off a dress to be cleaned on a Friday. We were told it would be ready the…read morenext Wednesday. We returned on Wednesday and were told they were "waiting on the truck" and that it should be ready later that day. We did not return until FRIDAY....should have been plenty of time, right? Nope. Not done, and not EVEN THERE!! We still had to wait for an employee to bring it back in her personal vehicle. This is after yet another "waiting on a truck" lie. So if you enjoy the run around of maybe getting your clothes done when they say, or maybe days later, being lied to, and not even knowing where your garments will actually be, please by all means pay this pile of garbage to do so. Unreal that they're still in business.

Now, we go to a kiosk, plug in our phone number, stuff a numbered bag with our laundry and put it down a shoot like the post office. Surprisingly, it works. Two days later, I got an email and text telling me my laundry was ready for pick up. Back to the kiosk, only this time telling it I'm here for a pickup, and a conveyor belt brings the items to kiosk. My sport coat even came on a nice hanger. It's a very slick process. But I still haven't figured out how to ask for spot treatments; or choose laundry over dry cleaning. And ultimately, I got a note saying that some stains/spots couldn't be removed. Nu-Yale seems to be one of the few dry cleaners in the area, thankfully, they do a pretty good job.
