Came out on a Sunday to fix a machine. Very clean. Overall been a great experience doing my weekly wash.

I loved this little Laundromat!! So clean and as I was carrying my Quilt to wash it, the sweet attendant woman opened the door for me. She greeted me with a smile and said what a beautiful day it was, even though it was raining! She filled me in on the washers suggested which was the best for my King quilt. It was $6.00 for the load.I was short a few quarters and was headed for the change machine,when she handed me $2.00 in quarters. I only needed .50 so I went to give her the rest back and she told me to keep it for the dryer.She was so friendly.They are upgrading the washers and trying to build business so I told her I'd give her a review. Several times a week they load a few washers with coins and give free washes. I will go back when I have any large things to wash. read more

It wasn't our best week. We had a plumbing issue at our house so we had to head to the coin laundry and what a blessing it is to have one nearby. This place was adequate to the task. Some of the machines weren't working but they were clearly marked. It was a Sunday so while it could have been a lot cleaner I'm sure it was more to do with it being Sunday. I would hope it would be better on days that it is staffed. I am grateful we were able to get all of our wash done, quickly. read more

It was so clean, well lit, very few out of order machines, both coin machines worked without issue and Katie, the employee on staff; was so friendly and helpful. The owner is lucky to have her. Great location! read more

Worst coin laundry around , don't waste a dime here you will literally lose everything you walked in with just trying to wash & dry one load . Washers are out dated , leave , & smell like mildew . None of the dryers work , either they are flagged out of order or work but spit your freshly washed clothes on the disgusting floor right in mid-cycle , eat your money and don't turn on , or ropes your nice clothes all too hell . Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy honestly . Total shit and finally when a worker was present to ask questions or talk to about getting my money back , i was told that he can't do anything about it bc he's too busy sitting on his ass and to call the owner for my quarters back . Recently our washer broke and I've had to use this local laundry mat while we wait to get a new one. I must say that every time I've gone in here, (which is 2-3 times a week) it has been spotless. The products are always stocked everything is always nice and tidy and the new owners frequently visit and check on everything. It smells nice and they are delightful to talk to. It's hard to find a nice laundry mat these days and you can tell that they took over the business with the intentions of making it better and they definitely have. All the machines work and run correctly. It's really appreciated to have somewhere nice and clean to go and do your laundry. The new management is amazing and I hope they know how much it's appreciated what they do. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone, I've been going there for a while and today I was up there and did my laundry and when leaving I propped the door open with the rug! Like the owner's GF (Katie) showed me. Well this guy comes up and removes the rug and says don't do that, someone Will Trip , use the trash can and he propped the door open with it. I replied Katie didn't want it in the way of the door people run in to it. So i moved it he got mad started yelling at me and I'm trying to load up and leave he's calling Steve the owner telling him and Katie all kinds of lies long story short I got banned doing what the owners GF Katie told me I could do, and then she comes up there and doesn't even act like she knows me. We've sat up there over 20 times on a wed or Friday talking. And this is how they do a loyal customer. All because the maintenance man tried to Bull shit me and I questioned his authority. Oh yes the maintenance man called police and everything. All over making it easier to load my laundry and I am disabled so thanks Steve and Katie for taking the time to talk to me, which you wouldn't and didn't even ask my side. read more

This place never fails in it's complete inability to provide the service it is meant to. Not only do many of the machines not work (as usual) but both coin machines are out of order. I'm more forgiving regarding the coin machines since they won't steal your money like some of the washing machines and dryers do, but it's just the icing on the crap cake that is this business. read more

Hillview Laundry Mat has all new ownership! It has much needed improvements! It's so very clean inside there I was amazed! All the machines are working. And prices are great! The lady that work DAYTIME is amazing (nighttime lady not so much, old and very rude) This is my new favorite laundrymat! read more

This place is disgusting and I can't believe it is still open. I am new to the area and this place is close to my house . Upon walking in i smelled mildew and the floors were dirty and majority of the washers had signs on them that stated that they were out of service. I did not see a employee in site and there were wooden boards all around. I put money in a washer but the washer began to leak and I felt as if a million bed bugs were going to surround and cover me . I can't believe this place is not shut down if I could give zero stars then I would !!!! This place doesn't deserve one star read more

Do not come here to do your laundry as it's totally disgusting. The place where you put detergent in the machine on several of the top loaders smells like mold, most, if not all, of the washers and dryers are outdated and it doesn't look like they even wipe anything down. Take a look at the nasty place where you put softener. Plain nasty! read more

The one and only time I came here to do my laundry I had about 6 loads to do. I had 5 loads in the wash already and walked out to my car to get the 6th and the owner was sitting in his car in the parking lot and yelled out the window of his car, "it's too late to wash! There's a sign on the door!" It was 7:40pm. The sign said "last wash at 7:30". The other 5 loads were in before 7:30 but I had my daughter with me so I was doing a lot of running back and forth and couldn't get the last load in time. I definitely won't give them another dime (or quarter) of my money. read more
