Love it here! They offer offer the most variety and value of any massage place I've been to. Every student massage I've gotten here has been absolutely amazing! It's awesome how many different modalities they offer and you really can't beat the price. So far I've gotten deep tissue, gua sha, ashiatsu, abdominal thai massage, and cupping and there are still more things to try! The only downside is the 'room' you get your massage in just has curtains between the other clients so you can hear people. The area you're in is still discreet, though, so that annoyance is worth dealing with to get a great massage at such a low price. Can't wait to go back! read more

Zion Massage College is always great at getting me in even on short notice! I went yesterday needing a massage badly my back and overall body was sore and tight ....everyone who helped me gave top notch customer service! My massage therapist Emmy just graduated the program and she was amazing! I felt so much better when I left and will request her next time! Shalyn is in accounts department to set up new students and answered all my questions and went above and beyond ! Because of her I fully new what to expect to do for the registration process to become a massage therapist. Do not believe the positive views on the website. The owner takes all the negative reviews down. My 14 yr old son gave me a gift certificate for a massage. I simply called to find out hours of operation, openings for an appointment and if I could request a female. Every question I asked, I was given a quick short snotty response. WOW WOW WOW. I was blown away by my Thai Stretch massage with Cantisha. She was so professional, kind, and attentive to my needs. I have never had a massage quite like this! What an amazing experience. It was so calming to have her guide me through what felt like a yoga class where someone else is stretching you. She could sense my natural flexibility PERFECTLY and pushed my body that extra step further so I was never uncomfortable but was always being stretched effectively. I had not a care in the world! Management screwed up billing and overcharged me. I've been calling and calling for over 3 months and still no resolution. They keep telling me they will have someone call me back and fix it, but I still haven't seen the credit as of yet. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Update: Manager called and blamed it all on the student staff. Update 2: Manager just BANNED me from ever returning because I left a negative review. Seriously. Can you believe that? This is always a good place to visit after a day of hiking or shopping. We have been coming here for many years. I have personally never had a bad massage here. I have gone to other college of massage therapy places and this is one of the top ones. I feel like they train their students very well. Very professional and thorough. The price is always comparable and really is a good deal for what you get. Remember it is a school of learning, so sometimes you overhear others getting their massages too. No big deal. I made an appointment here and the soonest they could get me in was 4 days away on a Friday. The morning of my appointment I was called and told that my appointment had to be canceled. No problem this happens. However the only other appointment they had for me was a week away on the following friday at 12:30. I showed up for my appointment and was told that my booking was set for 1:40 by mistake and was told I could not get a massage. Worst service ever. I'd rather pay more to know that if i make an appointment, it will be honored. read more

Overall, this was a good experience. The student therapist was obviously trained in Swedish and deep tissue techniques. But I guess what I wish someone (or the website) would have told me was about the massage environment. Basically every hour they have clients and you all go back to their big classroom, and there's no "room" for each client. You're separated from other people by big draped curtains, and you can hear other people working. I could hear an older man the whole time talking and snoring. It was somewhat distracting. And I say all this knowing it's school, so really for the discounted price, it's an ok deal. Also the music in the beginning was very loud and I heard another client ask if they could change it because it was like hip hop zen music. Not very relaxing. I'm really not trying to complain about this place! It was a good experience, just different from the other schools in town. For $32 you can see if this is your style of massage! read more

Before a weekend of hiking and canyoneering in Zion NP, I stopped in St George for a Thai Massage ($25 student clinic- bargain of the year!!). A brief questionaire tells the staff specifically what you're looking for in your massage, then it's an hour of bliss!! The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable and the student seemed like an expert from the first touch. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed and ready for canyon torture! This truly is a hidden gem in St. George!!! We had such great experience here. First of all..I went in for a Thai massage and told the masseuse I was in a car accident 2 years ago and still dealing with terrible whip lash and neck pain. The student masseuse told me about a technique taught at the school called Gua Sha. I was so intrigued for any relief that I made another appointment for the next day. Its the feeling of pain and pleasure and let me say this has helped tremendously!!! I have tried everything and NOTHING compares to the relief I got with Gua Sha. I actually started to get feeling back in my arm. The students here are so experienced its better then any massage I have had! I can't say enough great things about Zion Massage College...I will be back next time I'm in town. The teacher that oversees the students is extremely knowledgeable and has traveled the world for educational purposes. read more
