If my phone experience is any indication, and I'm willing to bet it is, Canyon Vista is a 5-star operation all the way around. I had a trip planned in May with my brother from Chicago and a sister from Wisconsin. We decided to cancel due to the future uncertainty of the Coronavirus Pandemic. We also had an AirBnb in Moab booked for three nights. Whereas the AirBnb host has, to date, been rather crusty and unyielding in his strict cancellation policy, Canyon Vista has been the exact opposite. JoNell communicated warmly and demonstrated complete and immediate understanding. She agreed to reimburse us for the two rooms we had reserved without making me go through hoops or through any unpleasantness whatsoever. The manner in which JoNell handled this cancellation, during such a stressful and difficult time for all of us, shows that she is a bonafide caring person. And a caring person is going to operate a place of business in a caring and thoughtful way. I can't wait for the pandemic to be long gone and for my siblings and I to reschedule this trip. I really want to meet JoNell (and I think you should to); plus, her place truly sounds lovely!

Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped: nice ensuite bathroom, king bed, 2 fans, 2 nightstands, table and chairs, closet, mini-fridge. The location is superb, with mountain views, nearby eateries, and just a short walk to the Springdale shuttle, which can take you to Zion NP or elsewhere in the area. The backyard gardens were beautiful, and there were hummingbirds in continuous motion when we visited in September. And let's not forget the second B: the breakfasts were healthy, tasty, and beautiful to behold. Paradise indeed! We will be back!

But the bathroom design is not ideal if there's another person in the room. It's like a big shower curtain and some glass panels. Solid walls that go from ceiling to floor would be better. The tv had a very bright light that's on all night and shines directly at the bed. There are outside lights as well that make the whole room too bright. Plus the road near the inn is loud, even late at night big trucks go by.

The location provides great access to local hiking from Zion National Park to Snow Canyon State Park and everything in between, and is a quick drive into Ivins or St. George. Santa Clara has a unique history and offers plenty to explore on its own. Special shout out to Frei's Fruit Market and Xetava Cafe. The Inn Santa Clara has a rustic exterior, but spa-like interior with a luxurious waterfall shower and soaking tub (perfect after a long day of hiking), cozy robes and slippers, and comfortable platform bed. The mini-fridge, microwave, and electric kettle were sufficient to make breakfast and heat up leftovers. While the Inn is located on Santa Clara's main road, there is little to no traffic at night. We stayed in B3 (the Barn) and felt it was our private oasis. The room is spacious with vaulted ceilings and plenty of floor space. Keyless entry to the room provided a greater sense of privacy throughout our stay. The wifi and HVAC worked flawlessly for a truly comfortable experience. Little touches, like bath salts, spa soap and shampoo, books, flower arrangements and figurines on the window sill added to the special ambiance of the Inn. The owner/manager team, Jennifer and Heidi, provided friendly assistance on site and through text messages. They were extremely attentive to our needs and accommodating of our schedule. We would love to visit again in the future!

Prices were reasonable and while it was about 40 minutes from the entrance of the park, it was so nice to be comfortable and away from the action with the whole home to ourselves. I did book through Expedia so that made things more complicated on our part but thanks to the staff for making the best of our trip. I defiantly recommend the Modern Haven which comes with around 3 beds and a foldable sofa couch to sleep on. Fortunately, it's still almost the perfect size for just a couple staying there. We liked: 1. The stairs leading to the roof for stargazing and just enjoying the scenic view of the mountains. 2. The Barbecue was easy to use! 3. The jacuzzi has different light setting (red/ green etc.). That created such a cool ambiance. 4. The outdoor private jacuzzi with a flat screen Tv topped it off for us. If you turn off the TV and lights on porch, you can see millions of stars above you. Just amazing. 5. All the TVs are smart TVs. All you need to do is put in your login info for Netflix, Amazon, etc. The indoor TV also had surround sound which enhanced our cinematic experience even more. 6. They left a bag of ice in freezer which I don't know if that was purposeful or from last guest but it was a nice gesture if so. 7. Parking is easy, each place has a private driveway like a home! 8. The beds were soft and comfortable. 9. Windows above beds were clean and clear for stargazing. 10. Indoor fake fireplace is cool. Comes with a remote and can change colors. 10/10 for ambiance. 11. Quiet neighborhood. We rarely even came across other people or had problems with other people. Our neighbors next door were okay if we were a little loud past 10 due to us celebrating our anniversary. Nice guests it looks like. Things I would change: 1. Staff requested us to throw away all of our trash during our stay. Dumpsters are kinda far though. I wish there was one at walking distance so I didn't have to drive with my trash. I also noticed there was a $68 maintenance fee but we still had to tidy up our dishes and clean. The fee should cover all cleaning. Interesting that management made that decision. Please provide more trash bags as a few days tends to collect a lot of trash. 2. Our rooftop was nice but had a big tree blocking half our view of the mountains. It was annoying because the mountains are so beautiful. I had to stand to see them good. 3. We were told there wasn't barbecue utensils and needed a lighter to start it. So, we ended up buying barbecue utensils along with a lighter. We got to our tiny homes and found barbecue utensils and didn't need a lighter to start it. I was upset because I wasn't able to get a refund from the store for buying utensils and now I have extra. 4. If I was manager, I would buy a better couch for the living room. It was very hard and not comfortable. 5. Add a wine opener to a list of utensils please! This is a good thing to have. 6. Lights on the top deck. It was super dark. We will be coming back to visit anytime we go to Zion. Thank you guys

This hotel was the perfect stop for us to ride the Virgin River and see the Coral Pink Sand Dunes. The check in process was easy and complete prior to arrival. You can drive up to the front door of your cottage and use a code to get into clean new rooms. Furniture is new, clean, large TV in room and fire pit out side. Very nice! This is a MUST STOP if your an "off roader" and you want to explore this area The owners Shane and Kalie were so helpful and seemed like great people! Shane even gave some insight on the best trails around here. I strongly recommend this lodges and will be back.

My husband is in a wheelchair and the ADA accommodations are better than most places. They are relatively pet friendly. Located near amazing hiking and the community is so wonderful and friendly. We bring friends and family here every chance we get. They are still making changes to improve the wheelchair accommodations but they are so open to our needs and always strive to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They have breakfast every morning with full hot breakfast when they are near capacity (which has been more often than not lately).

It's a unique oversized condo located in Hurricane and very close to St. George, not too far from Zion National Park (about a 45 minute drive). It's conveniently located near the freeway, grocery stores and restaurants. The parking is free and designated parking garage according to your unit with a door entry. I was sold when I saw that they had a full kitchen along with an outdoor and indoor pool. Upon arrival, you don't need to go to a front desk to check in. They email you a code to enter at the door and you just go right in and also the same as when you check out. The rooms are fully stocked with kitchen appliances and even a BBQ grill! The condo itself has ample space, a huge bathroom, a walk in closet, a living room, a dining table that seats 6 and a washer and dryer! The atmosphere is relaxing and with 4 of us, there was plenty of space. The resort is the perfect distance between parks and the city. We enjoyed 4 days here, the amenities and the feeling of privacy. This place is not crowded at all, it was the perfect getaway. Major plus - it's super quiet, there's a gas station right next to it, a little market and a wine store about 500 feet away with tons of wine!
