There are signs for ice and vending machines on each floor, yet only ice machines on floor 1 and 4. Public bathrooms appear unstocked for full amenities, however nice soap, shampoo, body wash and lotion options for the rooms. If you are needing gluten free options for breakfast, sadly there are none available. Staff seems unconcerned about any sense of missing accommodations, the hotel style and newness saves the experience for the most part. The gym is small but fairly well equipped.

The room was ready for us to go to and rest for a minute /shower before dinner. The mattress was sooooo comfortable! The AC was frigid! The blackout shade for the window as incredibly amazing! We were able to stay in bed undisturbed by the sunlight until after 1pm! The shower was beyond refreshing, but if someone were to desire taking a bath.... Sitting down they could NOT reach the liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner. The front desk clerk was very helpful and the best part of this specific hotel was that the laundry facilities were directly next door to our room! Absolutely recommended!!!

Spoke to everyone, front facing service desk staff, restaurant staff, maintenance staff, housekeeping, and management - and everyone was friendly. A bit out of Zion. I am someone who can typically sleep anywhere so that is saying something. I really could not get to sleep and there were already 3 people in the King size bed. Around right before midnight, I looked into booking my own room for the night. With it being so late, it was only like $90 - and I signed up for something that gave me an extra 20% off so I only paid about $80 for a King size room. They upgraded me too since there ended up not being any regular King size rooms available so that was awesome. The bed was so comfortable and spacious (especially since just me enjoying it), and I loved that you could control the air condition in the room. I ended up calling the next morning and extending for the other 2 nights we were staying (originally I was buying an air mattress to just put in place of the pull out couch for the other 2 nights). They could not offer that steal of a deal but I signed up for their Wyndham rewards and still got some discount which was nice. The service was great - everyone was friendly and helpful. The location was clean and nice. The breakfast had a variety which was nice - cereal, muffins, waffles, eggs, sausage, basic breakfast drinks, bagels, etc. All your basics for a continental breakfast. The 1 star was knocked simply just for the pull out not being comfortable to sleep on so I had to spend more money for something - whether it was a room for 1 night and an air mattress from target the other 2 OR the route I took of my own room now for the 3 nights total. I'd absolutely be back though in my own room again!

The pancake machine is broken half of the time. The juice machine.... only OJ works. Apple and cranberry juice shoots out water. The tables are not wiped down until breakfast closes. On the bright side, the food is always full. This is a smoke free hotel. Sort of. Hanging out by the pool you can smell smoke and at one point the elevator reaked of Marijuana. Pool time. My kids have enjoyed the pool. However, do not trust the hand rails by the pool or hot tub. They are not sturdy and you will fall down if you rely on them. Also, I have been slightly annoyed by hotel staff using the pool while guests swim. My daughter got smacked on the head by an employees daughter who was using the pool. Pool chairs are broken and torn. Our room. It is in general a lovely room. There is plenty of space for our family. There is not enough drawer space. The closet is useless with only 4 hangers to use. The chair in the room is broken with the leg bent upwards. The moment you attempt to sit on it, you instantly fall forward and onto the floor. Why is this even in the room??? It is an obvious hazard. Part of the problem is that these were the same or similar issues we experienced on our visit over a year ago. Things just dont seem to get fixed and that is why I am leaving this review.​

The check-in process is pretty easy, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and maintained, and the restroom is super clean and nicely maintained. The Wi-Fi connection is great. There are a lot of convenience stores that are closer, then lit of restaurants and food delivery options. The breakfast buffet is comparable to other Comfort Inns, definitely worth the price and good breakfast. The bed arrangement for four was perfect with two beds . During the checkout, the staff did ask about our stay. I will definitely stay here again if I am traveling this way.

We were arriving late in the evening due to a packed itinerary for the day. They ended up calling me to confirm we were still coming, which was nice. We were about 2 minutes away when that happened. Plenty of parking available and the luggage cart was helpful. However, that's where the pros ended. The room was beyond freezing when we walked in, which normally I would have loved, but we actually did have to turn on the heater a bit. There was a spider in the bathroom and another bug by the window, so we had to play exterminator. It was honestly too late to do anything else. We were also the last room next to the exit, so we were a little worried about safety, thankful for the extra locks and latches on the door. We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast because we had to hit the road. If I could be promised a cleaner room, maybe I'd reconsider staying here again, but most likely I won't.
