This is a very clean and well decorated hotel... I stayed in the Lamb Den... cutest decor !! Nice owners and loved the keyless entry to the rooms!! Also had your own parking spot !! Wonderful hidden gem in Santa Clara Utah..Highly recommend

ou won't regret booking and staying here. Vacation/Couple. This place is charming and the rooms have everything you can want (and didn't even think of). We stayed in B3. 4 nights total. Great easy area to get to and the outside is charming. Inside was a comfy bed, adorable furnishings and all the things you could want/need. Cozy robes. Bluetooth speaker. Instant hot water kettle. Fridge and freezer. They brought us a sweet snack and there were even chocolates on the bed. Nice toiletries provided (shampoo, cream rinse, body wash). Big tub (we didn't use). Romantic. Roomy room with seating too and tv. They were so great about a late check-out. We would definitely stay again!.

Very cool spot, unique and different. Very close to great hikes at Snow Canyon and the owners are great. Love the location, design and rooms were very clean. We'll be back.

Great location, unique design and great hosts. Rare find, definitely check it out! Really enjoyed the local business workshop and loved on-site e-bike rental. Perfect for evening ride around adorable Santa Clara and Snow Canyon

An afternoon view of our room entrance from the covered porch area!

I feel the cleaning staff did a much better job this time and the golf course was finally open. Sadly the golf course still has a lot of issues to work on, in spite of being "finished" for over a year. The golf course itself failed to deliver the same high end service experience the Inn did, and the course also still looked very much under construction. I keep hearing that Black Desert Resort is much better for golf, which is a shame because I know when they open up their accommodations, it will take business away from this lovely Inn. As I understand it, Black Desert Resort will offer a lower green fee for guests at their resort. I really do hope the golf course at Entrada works on some of its shortcomings; combined with the Inn it literally would be the perfect getaway. The Inn on its own is completely fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again; the only problem is I have a husband who plays golf, so that is also a huge consideration for our vacations. The two staff members who stood out on our visit was Lisa and Russ, both of them ensured we had a fantastic visit at the Inn! When we checked in, we were even greeted with a bag of caramel popcorn (what a nice touch). The room is spacious, and the view is gorgeous. We love the fireplace, and the jetted bathtub is fantastic after a day of playing golf. The little kitchenette was so helpful, it came complete with dishes, a mini fridge, sink and microwave. I still do think the units could use a little of an update and refresh, but they are still charming in their own way. The location is great as we were close to Snow Canyon National Park and Santa Clara, both of which we love! Checkout was a breeze and our stay overall at the Inn was top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Inn again, or recommend it to others. If you're looking to play golf here, I have my hesitations (see that review on "Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club").

The staff was so attentive and courteous. From the moment I walked in, Rayder was so accommodating and pleasant. We had a wonderful conversation. Then, Sadie, the host at Latitude, made an effort to remember every guest's name. She was the highlight of our morning. Maxwell at Basalt was the most charming waiter who knew everything about the menu. He was so personable and topped off our night with recommendations and a touch of class. Don't get me started on the soft beds and pillows. AMAZING. They are so comfortable. I am mad I didn't take a peek at the manufacturer. Unforgettable. I loved the gym with a plethora of equipment offerings. It was a bit chilly the week we came, so we opted not to golf. We will be back. I highly recommend it here. So glad it's an option.

There is not a whole lot of information about this Inn out there which is likely part of its charm…read morefor many people wanting to stay here. If you *do* want to know more...keep reading! First, communication and customer service from TCMI is minimal. Again, part of its appeal for some, I'm sure. You can really stay here and feel pretty alone and unbothered. That said, if you like customer service and quick answers, this place may not be for you. They clearly state if there is a non-life threatening problem in the evening, save it for the next morning. When you come in from St. George you'll find a few signs that say Kayenta. Turn down that main road and you'll see a small orange sign on the left that says Crescent Moon Inn with an arrow. You'll see the rooms, but the road basically curves behind the property which can make it a little hard to find your room. But, the rooms are clearly labeled on the doors once you park and walk around front. Again, I think the subtlety of this place might appeal to a specific traveler. Check-in directions are clearly outlined in the email. There will be no one here to meet you. Again, for some people I think this would be ideal. I kind of wish there was someone around, though, just in case we had questions. For example, we got a little lost finding the Inn and I called to get help, but no one answered. I left a voice mail, but my call was never returned. We stayed in the Morning Star Suit. It was very clean, sparsely furnished, but nice. It has a spacious condo-feel. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, electric stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker (and coffee/ filters/ individual cream). The kitchen has basic kitchen essentials for cooking, but is lacking salt and pepper, so bring that if you want to cook! We went down the road to Harmon's to pick up a few things. It's only about 5 miles. The living room has a three seat sofa but it is actually an outdoor type piece of furniture and not super comfortable if you want to lounge. The TV works well and they offer Roku which you can use to login to any streaming services you have. They also have Dish TV channels. Wifi password is provided. There are two patios, one that looks over the road and one that looks towards the mountains/lake. Both seem to have beautiful views but the mosquitoes were so bad we, sadly, couldn't enjoy them. Overall, it's a really nice space that I think could be really special. Because of our tight schedule we couldn't visit the artist village down the road, but it is within walking distance if it's not too hot. Even though the lack of communication is a negative for me, I am still giving a positive review because it's pretty clear from the beginning that this is their style and I knew what I was getting into.

We spent the mornings with coffee on the patio as long as we could (it was summer and HOT during the day!) The only thing missing was a small table/eating area. As a gold member I was offered no water bottles during my stead and instead had to pay 7.00 per bottle. 2. The bar and restaurant has a staff meeting while customers are there waiting for service. The most important part of servicing your customer is the part where you service the customer. 5. The staff is constantly chatting to one another and not expecting any needs of their guest.. front desk is often on their cell phone. 6. The fries at the bar are okay - but they have so much garlic that they need to be served with an aioli or mayo based sauce instead of ketchup. You can tell this place is poorly managed and lacks structure and procedures it could be great and charming but it's just okay.
