We had an amazing stay here. Our unit was huge. The primary bedroom was very spacious. The bathroom was the size of some city bedrooms. They had a jet bathtub a shower. We rent it through an Airbnb, but our bed was so comfortable. Anything that you could've needed in the kitchen was available and we even used the grill that was on the beautiful patio. You can use the pool by the units, but you can also use the pool at the units next-door and that has a small, lazy river and small waterslide and my kids loved that. The parking was confusing and I believe that was confusing to a lot of people. It's not very well labeled so the place could definitely fix that, but besides that we had such a great stay here. read more

I found this resort/condo on Living Social. I highly recommend booking this place but Make sure you check Living Social for a deal. It's a unique oversized condo located in Hurricane and very close to St. George, not too far from Zion National Park (about a 45 minute drive). It's conveniently located near the freeway, grocery stores and restaurants. The parking is free and designated parking garage according to your unit with a door entry. I was sold when I saw that they had a full kitchen along with an outdoor and indoor pool. Upon arrival, you don't need to go to a front desk to check in. They email you a code to enter at the door and you just go right in and also the same as when you check out. The rooms are fully stocked with kitchen appliances and even a BBQ grill! The condo itself has ample space, a huge bathroom, a walk in closet, a living room, a dining table that seats 6 and a washer and dryer! The atmosphere is relaxing and with 4 of us, there was plenty of space. The resort is the perfect distance between parks and the city. We enjoyed 4 days here, the amenities and the feeling of privacy. This place is not crowded at all, it was the perfect getaway. Major plus - it's super quiet, there's a gas station right next to it, a little market and a wine store about 500 feet away with tons of wine! read more

First the good... Stunning views, central to the Zion area and very nice. The buildings are beautiful and have great amenities. It was truly a great vacation. But.... Night one was a disaster. The hot water heater leaked loudly. They attached a faucet hose to keep it from flooding the hallway, but the drip echoed throughout the suite. I had to fix their fix so it was quiet enough to sleep. Private balcony is a no. Throughout the day staff cut between balconies and it wasn't private until we blocked the gates with rocks. The staff is also sketchy. A maintenance guy came in on day two and said he had to change a bulb. Except no bulbs were out and we didn't report one. He fiddled with his phone a while then left. Very odd. read more

I read somewhere the claim of this being a 4 star luxury resort. Well as an individual who has spent time in 4/5 star luxury hotels/resorts......this isn't it!!! Don't let the "pretty exterior" and "pretty interior" of the resort fool you. Let me just list what you will NOT find at true luxury resorts/hotels: 1. Cheap,rough towels 2. One ply toilet paper 3. A mash up of light bulbs 4. Missing light bulbs 5. Mold coming out of jetted tubs 6. Cheap paper towels 7. Dead animals 8. Poor wifi connections;EVERYDAY, wifi had to be rebooted,and still sucked! 9. Very dusty light fixtures and baseboards. 10. Bird feces inside stairwells 11. Non-heated indoor heated pool; it did not feel warmed...was cool to get in 12 Non working indoor heated spa;had cover over it.... 13. Stained Comforters/sheets 14. Debris of broken tiles in stairwell 15. Hidden potential fees;not disclosing everything prior to booking in regards to charges that may accrue as "fines/fees/penalties" And last I would say broken/old/stained kitchen items/utensils.I am not sure what checklist they work off of....but it is definitely not from the list of a 4/5 star resort. Located 10 minutes north of St. George and a perfect place to stay while visiting any of the National and/or State Parks in Southern Utah. Got a Travelzoo rate of $199 for two nights. Taxes and cleaning/resort fees were about $75. One heck of a deal. They have a central area with Indoor and outdoor pools and Jacuzzis. All seasons are expected. A well equipped gym. The "room" we got was a two bedroom, two bath condo, complete with walk-in closets, laundry room, dining room, a huge living room, and a huge kitchen. The second bedroom had two sets of bunk beds so a family of six could stay here very comfortably. There was a private patio overlooking beautiful red mountains. It is off any main road so it is very quiet and peaceful. Parking was on the first floor garage under the unit. This is a huge bargain. read more

A group of six of us were in dire need of a weekend getaway from Vegas. We found a great deal on Groupon a couple of months ago for this once apartment complex turned resort. We knew going into this vacation that the place was nice, but we didn't know it was going to be this nice! The resort is set right up against a little hill and away from most of St. George's population so that was a plus. The buildings were beautiful and the overall resort was very tranquil and relaxing. When you check in, you do so electronically on the door knob, so you don't have to talk to anyone which is awesome. They have private stall parking spaces below the building so your car isn't in the hot sun. A private stairway leads you to your room where you are greeted by a lovely metal doorway. Once through it, you find yourself on a beautiful and spacious veranda balcony, equipped with outdoor seating, a BBQ grill and even an outdoor fireplace! Once we "checked in" by way of doorknob, we walked in, turned left and was immediately taken to an exciting vacation destination! The living room was beautiful, lots of storage space and another fireplace. The kitchen had upgraded appliances and dark wood cabinets and A LOT of space! Each room offered a lot of sleeping options. The master had a huge king size bed, spacious walk in closet, big soaking tube and separate shower. The second room where I slept, included a queen size bed and lots of closet space and shelves. The last room had two bunk beds with 4 double sized beds! There was no fighting for a bed and no one had to sleep on the ground! The resort had an outdoor and indoor pool, club house with wifi and a basketball and tennis court. The amenities book in our room said that we could check out a tennis racket at the office, but when I went there, no one was there. When I didn't run into someone, they said that you have to bring your own equipment. I was so stoked to play tennis and that dream was crushed LOL. All in all, definitely a great place to visit. I felt relaxed and accomplished this weekend. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen and hung out at the pool the whole weekend! I've been raving to my friends about this place for future visits. If you need some time away from the hustle and bustle of Vegas, drive to St. George and visit the Coral Springs Resort! read more

Got a great deal on a three bedroom and two bath condo in June, one night stay. Everything was immaculate and the place is beautifully furnished. But then my niece brought to my attention stains on two comforters in the kids room with double bunk beds. On each, it appeared there were dried drops of blood. Clear as day and right at the edge of the bed. I was surprised the housekeeping staff would ignore such a thing. I emailed the office since no one was available in person. They did offer to move us but at that point we had already unpacked 6 people's belongings and a cooler full of food/drink. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Almost no one else here. Not much close by. Everything else was fine. read more

I would avoid this place at all costs!! Our stay was very very disappointing and the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced and they could absolutely care less about any complaints that are made. When we arrived at this place we couldn't get in because the code they sent didn't work. The unit was absolutely filthy, we couldn't even use the oven because it was covered in oven cleaner that was never wiped off. The bed was so squeaky and uncomfortable we could hardly sleep. I called and told them of these issues and they told me they don't want me calling anymore and I'm not welcome to stay there any longer. I was told when I booked this stay that this was a new unit which was obviously a lie. These people are extremely dishonest and are not interested in customer satisfaction at all!! read more

This place is VERY nice, well-appointed and decently stocked. Pros: The unit we got was facing the hills (as opposed to the highway and Texaco station), it was secluded and private, had its own LARGE balcony with a fireplace. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable, with tasteful furnishings and a well-considered layout that included high ceilings and good sound-proofing. I loved being able to create a home space in this place and it immediately felt comfortable and secure. It is a GREAT place to stay, I highly suggest it. However ... there were a few issues with our unit. From the looks of it, others have not cautiously and respectfully used these spaces as carefully as we did. Cons: People parked in our spaces and there weren't many people there this week The Wifi was *painfully* slow The DVD Player began to make a loud noise midway through our movie The DVD Player's remote didn't have batteries The Smoke Detector began to chirp for a low battery The Balcony Railing was loose The large doors on either side of the balcony didn't latch and couldn't be locked, reducing significantly said privacy The Trash-can lid for the kitchen was broken The Coffee Maker was filthy, its clean now! The furniture was damaged; chips off the dining-room table a spot where the leather on the arm of the couch was worn bare The closet in the children's room didn't open all the way, the bunk was in the way The closets didn't have but a few hangers - I don't really expect to have to pack hangers There's only components between the DVD Player and TV, no HDMI cord The fit and finish was a little off in places; in the Master Bath the vanity lamps weren't well-centered over the sinks. There were mismatched bulbs throughout; three white lights and one yellow-ish light for the kitchen and two white and two yellows in the living, it was very odd. read more

You know, this place is pretty damn cool, really. There were plenty of small issues ... small enough that they weren't important enough to mention considering the larger picture ... but I will say one thing that irked me: They photograph the buildings on their website in such a way that you get the impression that they are out in the middle of nowhere, isolated in the beautiful and natural landscape. It isn't that way at all. The freeway is right there. There is a gas station basically sharing a parking lot. Just know that you're going to get a great rental that is classy and well-designed, with comfy furniture and beds and clean. But if you're hoping for some sort of desert hideaway, this isn't the place for you. read more

Amazing accommodations! Love the spacious closets, gorgeous beds, pictures on the walls, granite countertops, and comfortable couches and beds. We fit two families in one suite and it was perfect. The pool was so fun and we enjoyed the tennis courts. Our family which consisted of 60 total was able to have a fabulous family reunion here. We spent a day at the Red Cliffs hike which was awesome and just 10 minutes away. St. George is very close and we were able to do some activities here as well. Highly recommend this resort. read more

We found this place through VBRO. We arrived at night and we're blown away when we stepped out onto the huge balcony in the morning. There was a spectacular view of the snow covered mountains right off our huge 3 story balcony. The accommodations were luxurious and the photos do not do this place justice. There was a gas grill and a outdoor fireplace on our private balcony, very spacious rooms, 12 foot ceilings, full kitchen with granite countertops, jacuzzi, walk in shower, huge closets for our luggage, comfy beds and a fireplace inside to curl up in front of. I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the accommodations were. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and was more than enough room for our family if 5.... and just a short drive from Zion! I was a little sad we hadn't stayed longer. We will definitely book here if we are hiking again in Zion. read more

Well, this is FAR from a resort. A nice condo at best. The kitchens were poorly stocked with a heavily used assortment of dishes from guests past (at least that's what it looked like). We pulled out 3 different cookie sheets that had gunk baked on from the last peoples use. There's whatever paper towels the last guests left behind. No dish towels or hand towels for the kitchen. They do say "we leave you with enough to get you started, but feel free to restock with your favorite brands" (so glad we paid to stock your kitchen ) the bricks were so loose they were falling out of the fireplace, we found out as one of the kids pinched their finger just sitting over there. The bench at the dinner table was cracked and my dad almost landed on the floor. The grill was filthy too, with metal bits flaking off. Propane tank was empty. Pool wasn't terrible but no alcohol allowed. The place definitely hadn't be dusted in a while and I noticed some gunk building up in the bathrooms. The lights in the living room and kitchen were flickering the entire time. The walls in one of the guest rooms had a few pretty decent dings in the wall. Only one of the bunk beds had a ladder and it was on upside down which made it difficult and a little dangerous to climb. The lamps in the guest room weren't plugged in because the cables wouldn't reach. The actual condos are spacious and pretty. Just a lot of house keeping and general upkeep would make this place a lot better. read more

Our family stayed here at the Coral Springs Resort while we were visiting St. George to see a few shows at Tuacahn Ampitheatre. It turned out to be a superb decision. The resort is conveniently located near the freeway for quick access to the city, yet far enough away that there weren't any noise problems. The condo is a dream home away from home. It includes a very spacious and comfortable living area and balcony. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival and oh, were the beds soft and comfortable, perfect after a long day's vacationing. There is plenty of room for our belongings and we even had room in the Master bedroom to set up a play pen for our baby. The TVs were nice, equipped with Google TV, which we could watch while laying in the Master bedroom on the king size bed. We were able to cook breakfast each morning (eggs, toast, and sliced fruit) without any problem. The drinking water out of the fridge worked great for us too, we love lots of drinking water! The club house has a pool and hot tub, both which were nice. The pool was a nice temperature for a hot summer day. The gym facilities are pretty comprehensive - all the stuff you would need if you're into that kinda thing on vacation. The parking is covered. No elevator, but that didn't cause us any problems even being on the top floor. The staircases are wide and conveniently located right next to the parking stalls. It is a very beautiful resort that lies on the peaceful outskirts of a great city for recreation. I highly recommend the Coral Springs Resort! read more

After being on the road for two weeks, we book this resort to chill for a few days before heading back east. We had 4 oversize suitcases and lots of hand luggage after being on the road for so long. We drive from Vegas to Hurricane, come to find out we are on the third floor NO ELEVATOR and no one to help to the room. After much complaining as i have a bad knee and after climbing 3 double flights of steps with all our luggage, they changed our room. The room looked pretty, over the sheets had yellow stains on them, all the dishes and pots were filthy, the microwave and washer dryer didn't work. When I called the next morning to let them know the manager Winston, told me WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM US..... REALLY....... I said I am your customer, I am paying good money for your amenities which do not work, they did nothing. I would not recommended this place,they need to go back to hospitality school. read more

We planned a trip to the Antelope Canyon and Zion national park and my girlfriend patiently researched for a decent place to stay and she found this place, I SAY IT'S SO NICE, CLEAN AND SPACIOUS!!! WE EVEN DECIDED TO STAY ANOTHER NIGHT INSTEAD OF GOING TO VEGAS! I would go back here again, there's also a gas station with a convenience store next to the property. Walmart is about few miles drive. I also love the fact that they have an outdoor and indoor pool with a jacuzzi plus a tennis court and a basketball court and a fitness center. I definitely will go back and stay here. Hopefully when we visit other beautiful amazing state park in Utah and Arizona. read more

Well, the stay was alright. It was nice that there was a full kitchen with utensils. But we came here for a nice getaway from Vegas and we were stoked to see how secluded it was with the added bonus of no children or pets allowed. We got there, pulled up, and instantly saw 3 children running around. Really? And then our first night we went to the indoor pool and 8 or 9 children were already occupying it. If you're looking for an adult resort getaway this isn't it. It was also impossible to get a hold of ANYONE for help on the property. The front desk door was always closed the several times I passed it with no one in it and the phone number to call went to a reservations number, not to someone local. It was very frustrating. I went down to Coral Springs Resort with a friend for a few days in June and it was wonderful! We went straight to our condo and checked ourselves in and I was very impressed with how large the condo was. It was clean and spacious and really well furnished! It had a full kitchen but we didn't end up using it because we ate out for every meal down in nearby Washington. The master bathroom had a nice big shower and a big tub with jets and an enormous walk in closet. It was perfect. I'm not from Utah and the scenery was just beautiful with all the red rock formations and desert flora in the area. The place was quiet and tucked away from everything else except for a Texaco down the street but it felt really secluded and peaceful. I loved the outdoor pool and hot tub! They were nice and clean and it was so relaxing to swim and play In the pool and soak in the hot tub and then relax on the chairs around the pool. We went over to Sand Hollow and played at the lake which is really close to the resort and just had a wonderful, relaxing time over all. read more
