Wonderful moving company! Most everyone would probably agree that moving is always a tiring, and stressful experience. But I can say without hesitation that hiring ZipToZip Moving for my own move was an excellent decision. First, logistics--setting up my move with one of the team's specialist/consultants was an incredibly easy, and efficient experience. I was able to setup my move, make a deposit, and understand all details related to the move over a quick phone call. And the company's site where one can set up an account for their move was charming as well. The team was extremely kind, understanding, and professional, throughout the entire logistics and reservation process. And they were very quick to reply and help out with any issues as well. And then, the move itself--the moving team arrived promptly at 9:00AM per my request (9:00AM-11:00AM arrival window), and got started right away, even with freight elevator constraints in my building. The head of the team, was extremely warm, friendly, and helpful, and answered all questions I had as soon as I had them. And the team worked extremely fast--I cannot stress this enough!!! Things that would have taken me an entire day to complete myself, the company's team of 3 completed within 2 hours. Within 2 hours, the large furniture in my apartment was packed and on the road to my new place around half an hour away. And the team finished setting up everything in my new place within an hour itself; even giving some wonderful tips on how I might want to arrange some furniture (and yes, I took them, because they were great!). My total price came out to a little higher than the original estimate due to the need for some packing materials provided by the team, so I would recommend packing some items like mirrors and the like on your own if you'd like to be closer to your estimate. But, the final cost of my move remained within my budget, even with a few extra items included in my move that I hadn't originally estimated in my inventory. I hired Zip to Zip Moving company to move my entire 4-bedroom house which consisted of furniture and about 150 boxes into a moving container. Once they arrived and examined all of my belongings, we discovered that the container was simply not large enough to contain all of my things. Joseph, Michael, and Ora worked very hard to professionally and expertly pack 70% of all my things into the POD with not an inch of wasted space. I was amazed at how they were able to safely and intelligently fit in almost everything! They even wrapped and prepped the furniture that couldn't fit into the container for me and moved it to one room for easy access. They were just wonderful and courteous and conscientious.
