We have been members of Zips since they opened. The car wash has gone down hill, way down hill. Took the spouses Tahoe today and the car wash didn't even clean the back of it. They no longer use the prep wand before entering the wash. Most of the time when you exit the wash the vehicle is still covered with soap. The wash doesn't work right anymore. Most of the time the vacuum hoses are stopped up. Employees should check the vacuum hoses at least every hour to get stuck trash out of the hoses for the next customer. Improvements must be made because many people are complaining. We pay $40 a month for unlimited washes. Right now that is way to much for the headache the wash causes. read more

Horrible pressure. Doesn't even clean bird droppings off my car! Bugs and even some dirt. Doesn't rinse the soap off all the way either. No way to wash car mats. Save your $20 and go somewhere else. This car wash always misses spots on cars. Didn't have a sign posting "only cash" until you drive up to the money machine... this was a piss poor job for 20 bucks. Especially for an "exact cash only" lane with no warning once driving up on. I won't be going back! read more

I've been a subscriber for four months now. I miss our old car wash in Jackson and am looking forward to the new one opening near Etowah. I usually look forward to the good smells that fill the car when you drive through, but instead it smells like old dishwater, or when you leave the wash sitting too long. Then there a bazillion vacuums, which could be nice but there is only one station with spray and towels that you have to walk a great distance to get if you didn't park near them. I don't mind walking but I do mind walking that distance from my baby alone in the car. Then the spray bottles are always almost empty or near empty. Also the vacuums fall apart in one way or another almost every time I use them. It's still better than the DIY, but y'all need to step it up. read more

The only full service car wash in town. I like that they have an attendant to make sure everything moves along smoothly. Vacuum is free with any wash. The place is pretty clean and the trash cans are not spilling over like a few other places in town. This location is easy to find but make sure you're committed to a car wash because once you pull into the parking lot, there is not pulling out. You must proceed through the entire process. Sometimes, they have rags and a spray cleaner for you to use but it's hit or miss. There is a vending machine with various car sprays, wipes, etc. They do close around 8 which is super early during the summer. read more

on 5/20/2019 at 5:59 pm shine it $12.00 hot wax $4.00 total $16.00 I pre-washed my truck. went thru the car wash, bugs were still on the front. I added the tire shine, and it DID NOT SHINE any of the tires, needless to say, this is NOT THE FIRST TIME.
